Claims (7)
- Tête de commande et de contrôle d'actuateurs pneumatiques comportant une pièce de base (15), sur laquelle sont montés au moins une valve (16) commandant l'arrivée d'air comprimé de l'actuateur pneumatique, une bobine (12) actionnant la valve (16), un support (1) portant au moins un capteur de position (4,6) pour déterminer la position du vérin de l'actuateur , et des moyens de connexion (9) permettant de relier les capteurs (4, 6) et la bobine (12) à un organe de commande externe, caractérisée en ce que la valve (16) est une valve à échappement intégré, et en ce que ladite tête comporte en outre une plaque électronique (20) de contrôle et de commande sur laquelle les moyens de connexion (9) sont directement fixés, la plaque (20) constituant une interface entre l'organe de commande externe, le ou les capteurs de position (4,6) et la bobine (12) et comprenant au moins trois contacts de surface (21,22,23), et en ce que ledit support (1) est un support intégré en une seule pièce comprenant une première partie (2) supportant le ou les capteurs de position (4, 6), une deuxième partie (8) destinée à recevoir en emboítement la plaque électronique (20), et une troisième partie (11) comportant une fiche normalisée dans laquelle la bobine (12) vient se brancher, les contacts (21,22,23) de la plaque (20) entrant directement en contact avec la fiche normalisée de la bobine (12) lorsque la plaque électronique (20) est emboítée dans la deuxième partie (8) du support (1).
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les contacts (21,22,23) de la plaque électronique (20) sont en forme de lyre.
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la plaque électronique (20) comporte en outre des diodes LED (10) indiquant différents états du système dont au moins la position de l'actuateur en fonction des valeurs données par les capteurs de position (4,6).
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la première partie (2) du support comporte des moyens (13,14) pour régler la hauteur des capteurs (4,6).
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens (13,14) pour régler la hauteur des capteurs (4,6) sont des vis.
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le support comporte en outre sur sa face extérieure une goulotte (7) pour faire passer les fils électriques.
- Tête de commande et de contrôle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la plaque électronique (20) est noyée dans la cavité de la deuxième partie (8) du support intégré (1).
