Abstract

In einem Verfahren zum fortlaufenden Formen von Platten aus einer geschäumten keramischen Formmasse (22), welche in einem Mischer (10) aus einem tonhaltigen Schlicker, aus einem Schaum und ggfs. aus Zusatzstoffen gebildet wird und sich aus einem am Mischer (10) vorgesehenen Auslaß (21) in Formen (4) ergießt, werden die Formen (4) mittels eines unterhalb des Auslasses (21) laufenden Förderbandes (3) gebildet, indem die beiden längsverlaufenden Ränder (32,33) des Förderbandes (3) auf einer Strecke, die vor dem Auslaß (21) beginnt und mit Abstand vom Auslaß (21) hinter diesem endet, aufgerichtet und durch zwischen die hochgestellten Ränder (32,33) eingeklemmte, lose Trennwände (6) auf Abstand voneinander gehalten werden, wobei die Trennwände(6) mindestens so hoch sind wie die zu gießenden Platten .
