Abstract

Figure 00000001
The hearing aid according to the invention can be worn entirely in the auditory canal, the individual shape of which is precisely adapted, and as the supporting element has a body consisting of a soft material (Shore hardness A from 5 to 70) in which the components (10 , 11, 12) are cast in a floating manner. In its general state, that is to say not yet adapted to an individual auditory canal, the hearing aid has an element by which its axial length is limited. This length-limiting element can be a provisional support element (18) which protrudes from the device on the inner and on the outer end face and is fixed by locking means (25). After pouring out the casting cavity (31) of the general device in an auditory canal or an auditory canal model, the provisional support element (25) is removed, as a result of which a vent channel (43) is created through the cast body.
