Abstract
Die erfindungsgemässe Membran (14) bildet die Mantelfläche eines Hörgerätes, das durch Giessen eines Körpers in einem Gehörgang oder einem Gehörgangmodell individualisiert wird. Die Membran (14) dient im wesentlichen als flexible Begrenzung des Giesshohlraumes vor und während dem Giessen und umschliesst im individualisierten Gerät den gegossenen Körper eng. Die Membran ist im wesentlichen schlauchförmig und weist im Bereiche ihrer äusseren Öffnung (30) und im Bereich ihrer inneren Öffnung (31) integrierte Befestigungsmittel (32, 33) auf, mit denen sie an anderen Bestandteilen des Hörgerätes befestigbar ist. Die Befestigungsmittel haben im wesentlichen die Form von sich um die Öffnungen (30, 31) erstreckenden Verdickungen. Die Membran hat in ihrem zentralen Bereich (34) eine Dicke von ca. 0,2 mm und im Bereiche der Verdickungen eine Dicke von beispielsweise 1 mm. Die Membran (14) mit den integrierten Befestigungsmitteln (32, 33) wird vorteilhafterweise beispielsweise aus einem thermoplastichen Elastomeren oder aus einem hochdehnfähigen Silikon-Kunststoff in einem Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt. The membrane (14) according to the invention forms the outer surface of a hearing aid, which is individualized by casting a body in an auditory canal or an auditory canal model. The membrane (14) essentially serves as a flexible delimitation of the casting cavity before and during casting and tightly encloses the cast body in the individualized device. The membrane is essentially tubular and has in the area of its outer opening (30) and in the area of its inner opening (31) integrated fastening means (32, 33) with which it can be fastened to other components of the hearing aid. The fastening means are essentially in the form of thickenings extending around the openings (30, 31). The membrane has a thickness of approximately 0.2 mm in its central region (34) and a thickness of, for example, 1 mm in the region of the thickened areas. The membrane (14) with the integrated fastening means (32, 33) is advantageously produced, for example, from a thermoplastic elastomer or from a highly expandable silicone plastic in an injection molding process.
