Abstract

In einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer kontaktierenden Verbindung in einem Kunststoff-Formteil, insbesondere einem Elektroschweiss-Verbindungselement (S), zwischen einem elektrisch leitenden Steckkontaktelement (2) und einem mit einer Isolationsschicht umgebenen Widerstandsdraht (4) wird ein ein Abschnitt des Widerstandsdrahtes (4) über eine Steckelement-Aufnahme (11) eines am Kunststoff-Formteil angeformten Steckkontakt-Sockel (1) geführt gelegt. Anschliessend wird das Steckkontaktelement (2) unter Klemmung des Widerstandsdrahtes (4) in den Steckkontakt-Sockel (1) gesteckt, wobei der Widerstandsdraht (4) beidseitig der Steckelement-Aufnahme (11) des Steckkontakt-Sockels (1) geklemmt wird. In den Klemmbereichen wird die Isolationsschicht des Widerstandsdrahtes (4) durch Flächenpressung entfernt und so der Kontakt zum Steckkontaktelement (2) hergestellt, wobei der Widerstandsdraht (4) zwischen den Klemmbereichen druckfrei aufgenommen wird.
