Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a plastic transport container, which according to the The rotary stacking principle is stackable, consisting of one floor and four at right angles side walls running to the floor opposite their upper half the lower half is offset to the outside and the upper edge by a outward-facing brim is formed, in the upper Side wall halves outward bulges for receiving from under these bulges in the lower side wall halves arranged support feet are provided in the above these bulges Recesses are in the brim, in which the Bulges on a side wall offset from bulges the other side wall are arranged, in which the support feet on her lower end with a nose-like projection lying on the outer edge are provided when stacking in recesses or depressions immersed in the brim.
Such a transport box has become known from US 44 26 001 A. With this transport box, the support feet are in the lower part of the Transport box formed by bulges of the side walls. Such Bulges in the side walls are undesirable for several reasons: In some cases, they impede the smaller order in the transport box packed cuboid goods because they slip during transport pushes into the bulges and then falls apart, complicating them cleaning the inside of the transport case.
A is another transport box with a truncated pyramid Arrangement of the side walls became known, in which the support feet through a v-shaped, tapering down into a simple rib Rib arrangement are formed. The V-shaped top Rib parts are due to outward edges of recesses in the side walls formed. The simple ones following these below vertical ribs are formed on the outside of the side walls. This The construction of the support feet is not sufficient for load transfer downwards absorb high removal forces, therefore these support feet are tight arranged side by side and evenly over the surface of the side walls distributed. The holes to be made in the side walls in this construction make bulk transport with these transport boxes impossible and this limits the possible uses of these transport boxes.
The invention avoids the disadvantages of the prior art. It is the job the invention, with simple means with little material a stackable box with high stability and high stability create a cuboid space for setting in its lower part of goods, i.e. has a room whose side walls are smooth and are without bulges and indentations and are perpendicular to the floor surface stand.
The invention solves the problem by a plastic box in which the Side walls of the lower half of the box forming a cuboid Are level, in which the support feet are separated by two perpendicular to the floor, parallel pairs of ribs on the outside of the lower Half of the box are formed, which extends up to the lower edge of the extend upper side wall half, which below by a parallel to the floor Rib are interconnected, which carries the nose-like projection.
This transport container is stackable and has a high height Stability and stability, shows in its lower part a cuboid-shaped space for receiving the goods without baffles Indentations of the side walls in the lower half. As the supporting feet for the stacking on the outside the lower part is attached, is the stability and stability increased. Because these support feet are formed from ribs the material consumption for the support feet is low and making them simple. Because the support feet have a nose-like Have protrusion at their end, the in recesses or depressions in the top edge of the box Brim engages when loading with heavy Bulk material prevents bulging of the side walls.
This stability can be increased by the fact that between the two parallel ribs another preferably short and preferably triangular rib is arranged.
It also serves to increase stability when the support feet in pairs next to each other and only by a distance of slightly more than one rib width are arranged side by side.
It also serves to increase stability, if the bulges of the upper half of the side wall are in the middle have an inward rib.
A double floor not only increases the stability of the floor against bulging downwards under high central loads, but can also increase the stability of the support feet when on the bottom, ribbed on the underside, another on his Top of the ribbed bottom is welded, and the latter Bottom at its edges with the middle reaching under the support feet projections ribbed upwards is provided, the Ribs welded to the ribs located under the support feet are.
This transport container is also suitable for a pair of them stacked transport containers to half the floor space wear, where the support feet are arranged on the end faces if on both sides of the transport container middle level further recesses or recesses for the reception of protruding support feet of stacked transport boxes half the floor area are arranged. On the other hand, the Transport containers also on a pair of transport containers half of the base area, if at least in the brim one long side recesses or depressions the length at which the protrusions of a pair can be accepted by support feet.
