Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fußbodenkonstruktion mit einer Deckschicht aus Gußasphalt 1 und einer Tragschicht (2) auf einem Untergrund (3), z.B. einer Zwischendecke. Zur Schaffung einer leichten und formstabilen Fußbodenkonstruktion, deren Tragschicht (2) rasch und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann, und auf die schon nach kurzer Antrocknungszeit der Gußasphalt (1) aufgebracht werden kann, ist vorgesehen, daß die Tragschicht (2) aus Schüttgut gemischt mit Zement und Wasser besteht. Die einschichtige Tragschicht (2) vereinigt die Funktionen des Ausgleichs von Unebenheiten des Untergrunds und der Trittfestigkeit der Tragschicht. Vorteilhafterweise ist das Schüttgut körnig und besteht aus einem mineralischen Stoff oder ist mineralisch ummantelt. Eine besonders schnelle Trocknung des Gußasphalts (1) und damit eine Beschleunigung der Bauarbeit wird dadurch erreicht, daß zwischen Tragschicht (2) und Gußasphalt (1) eine Trennlage (4) vorgesehen ist, welche im wesentlichen horizontale Entlüftungskanäle (5) aufweist. Die Trennlage (4) kann z.B. aus Wellpappe bestehen, welche die Entlüftungskanäle (5) in Form von Rillen beinhaltet.

The invention relates to a floor construction with a top layer of mastic asphalt 1 and a base layer (2) on a substrate (3), for example a false ceiling. To create a light and dimensionally stable floor construction, the base layer (2) can be produced quickly and inexpensively, and to which the mastic asphalt (1) can be applied after a short drying time, it is provided that the base layer (2) made of bulk material mixed with cement and there is water. The single-layer base layer (2) combines the functions of compensating for unevenness in the substrate and the tread resistance of the base layer. The bulk material is advantageously granular and consists of a mineral substance or is mineral coated. A particularly rapid drying of the mastic asphalt (1) and thus an acceleration of the construction work is achieved in that a separating layer (4) is provided between the base layer (2) and mastic asphalt (1), which essentially has horizontal ventilation channels (5). The separating layer (4) can consist, for example, of corrugated cardboard, which contains the ventilation channels (5) in the form of grooves.
