Description

- au moyen d'une pression exercée d'un côté ou de l'autre de l'organe élastique, provoquer la rupture de la zone de moindre épaisseur de manière à former au moins une fente à bords jointifs.
Claims (22)
- Tête de distribution (1) d'un produit (P) de consistance liquide à visqueuse, comportant une capsule rigide (2) et un organe élastique (4) de fermeture et de distribution, solidaire de la capsule (2), caractérisée en ce qu'une zone de moindre épaisseur est délimitée par les bords d'une gorge (6) réalisée dans l'organe élastique, la zone de moindre épaisseur étant apte à se rompre sous l'effet d'une pression exercée d'un côté ou de l'autre de l'organe élastique (4) de manière à définir au moins une fente jointive (5, 5a, 5b) apte à s'ouvrir sous la poussée du produit (P) en vue de sa distribution, et revenir en position jointive lorsque cesse cette poussée.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'organe élastique (4) est une membrane en matériau élastomérique.
- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la pression exercée d'un côté ou de l'autre de l'organe élastique (4) est une pression mécanique ou pneumatique..

- Tête de distribution selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le couvercle (10) comporte au moins un moyen d'étanchéité (13) apte à venir en appui contre l'organe élastique (4).
- Ensemble de distribution comportant un réservoir (3) compressible contenant un produit (P) de consistance liquide ou visqueuse à distribuer et une tête de distribution (1) fixée sur le réservoir (3), caractérisé en ce que la tête de distribution (1) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) a une viscosité située dans la gamme allant de 0,8 Pa·s à 10 Pa·s.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) se présente sous forme d'un gel.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une tête de distribution conforme aux revendications 1 à 15 consistant à effectuer les étapes suivantes :injecter dans un moule approprié une capsule rigide comprenant un couvercle articulé, en un premier matériau rigide ou semi-rigide.surinjecter un organe élastique de fermeture en un second matériau élastomérique thermoplastique, cet organe étant muni d'une gorge, dont les bords délimitent une zone de moindre épaisseur ; etau moyen d'une pression exercée d'un côté ou de l'autre de l'organe élastique, provoquer la rupture par défoncement de la zone de moindre épaisseur, de manière à former au moins une fente à borde jointifs.
- Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la pression est exercée par un poinçon porté par le couvercle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la pression est exercée par un jet d'air comprimé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la rupture par défoncement de la zone de moindre épaisseur est réalisée lors du moulage de la tête de distribution, ou lors de la première utilisation de ladite tête en combinaison avec un ensemble de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18.
