Abstract

The lifting apparatus includes a vertical mast (1) with a specific profile. A carrier moves on the pole by rotation. A chassis (7) has two arms (8) linked to it so as to be able to move around two axes. Each arm has two wheels (11) on it. A device allows independent motorised movement on the ground. The motorised device includes an omni directional wheel, a motor and a battery. An attachment device allows liquid or powder containers to be attached to the mast. A tape device attached to the mast moves along with the carrier.

L'invention vise donc à réaliser un ensemble lève-malades dans lequel on a cherché :

  • à améliorer l'étanchéité du mât pour une meilleure exploitation de l'appareil dans les services hospitaliers à soins intensifs et dans les services d'hydrothérapie;
  • à utiliser l'énergie existante au niveau de la vis sans fin pour permettre l'ouverture motorisée des bras articulés pour un meilleur accès à différents types de supports (fauteuils, chaises-toilettes...);
  • à faire réaliser un profil dont la section intérieure intégre divers dispositifs de positionnement et de guidage des sous-ensembles en mouvement dans le mât voire se prolongeant à l'extérieur;
  • à permettre le déplacement motorisé dans toutes les directions de l'ensemble de manière à accroître les possibilités d'utilisation dudit ensemble (déambulation assistée par exemple);
  • à rechercher des solutions simples et économiques pour les divers moyens sus-exposés ainsi que pour la réalisation des pieds (modulaires emboîtables et non en mécano-soudure) et des assises (en mousse thermo-compressée) des diverses options.

  • un mât dont la section comporte, intérieurement, essentiellement, des parois de guidage des roues du chariot, une ouverture de guidage de la poignée de manipulation dudit ensemble et une fente de guidage et de maintien du ruban d'étanchéité;
  • un moyen autonome de déplacement de l'ensemble, placé à la verticale du mât, qui comporte un ensemble "roue omnidirectionnelle (20)-motoréducteur(21)-batterie (22)" apte à permettre le déplacement motorisé de l'ensemble lève-malades.

  • une embase (7,8), à ouverture motorisée, constituée par un châssis (7) et deux bras (8) articulés autour de deux axes (9) solidaires du châssis (7), ce dernier étant pourvu de deux roues (10) à double bandage et chaque bras (8) étant également pourvu de deux roues (11) également à double bandage pour le déplacement horizontal manuel dudit ensemble lève-malades.
Le moyen d'étanchéité du mât (1) est réalisé à partir d'un ruban (6), par exemple en polyester, se déplaçant en même temps que le chariot (3), venant obturer la fente longitudinale (5) dudit mât au dessus et au dessous du porte-options (4) lors de son déplacement vertical vers le haut ou vers le bas en fonction du sens de rotation de la vis (2). Il est représenté à la figure 2. Le ruban (6) est fixé de part et d'autre du porte-options (4) au moyen de raccords (23). Il passe par des poulies de renvoi haute (24) et basse (25) et est tendu, à ses deux extrémités libres, au moyen d'un ressort de tension (26).
L'ouverture motorisée des bras articulés (8) est réalisée à partir de la vis verticale (2) qui comporte, à son extrémité inférieure, un dispositif de liaison (12) assurant l'accouplement débrayable de cette dernière à un moyen (13,14) apte à provoquer l'écartement angulaire des bras (8) et leur retour dans la position initiale où ils sont paralléles entre eux (figures 3 et 4). Ledit moyen est constitué par une platine discale (13), entraînée en rotation dans les deux sens par la vis (2), actionnant deux tringles (14) reliées, à une extrémité, à deux points d'ancrage excentrés (27), appartenant à ladite platine, et, à l'autre extrémité, respectivement aux deux bras articulés (8). La section du mât (1) comporte, intérieurement, essentiellement, des parois (15) de guidage des roues (16) du chariot (3), une ouverture (17) de guidage de la poignée (18) de manipulation dudit ensemble et une fente (19) de guidage et de maintien du ruban d'étanchéité (6). Elle est représentée aux figures 5 et 6.
L'ensemble selon l'invention comporte en addition, à la verticale du mât (1), un dispositif autonome du type "roue omnidirectionnelle(20)-motoréducteur(21)-batterie (22)" apte à permettre le déplacement motorisé de l'ensemble (figures 7 et 8).
Ledit dispositif comporte un ensemble "pédale (28)-embase rotative (29)-ressort (30)" escamotable, autrement dit débrayable.
L'ensemble selon l'invention comporte en outre :
  • figure 1 : un capot moteur (31), un capot (32) carte électronique et batterie, un écrou à billes (41);
  • figure 2 : des étriers haut (33) et bas (34) de fixation des poulies (24) et (25);
  • figure 3 : un pignon d'accouplement (35), un frein (36) sur chaque roue (10), une butée de fin de course (37) du chariot (3) sur la vis (2);
  • figure 6 : un trou (38) pour le passage de la vis (2);
  • figure 7 : le support (39) de l'axe (40) de l'embase rotative (29), les pattes de fixation (41) des ressorts (30) au châssis (7), le support de roue (42) libre en rotation.

The sealing means of the mast (1) is produced from a tape (6), for example made of polyester, moving at the same time as the carriage (3), closing the longitudinal slot (5) of said mast at above and below the option holder (4) when it moves vertically up or down depending on the direction of rotation of the screw (2). It is shown in Figure 2. The ribbon (6) is fixed on either side of the option holder (4) by means of fittings (23). It passes through high (24) and low (25) return pulleys and is tensioned, at its two free ends, by means of a tension spring (26).
The motorized opening of the articulated arms (8) is made from the vertical screw (2) which comprises, at its lower end, a connecting device (12) ensuring the disengageable coupling of the latter to a means (13, 14) capable of causing the angular spacing of the arms (8) and their return to the initial position where they are parallel to each other (Figures 3 and 4). Said means consists of a plate (13), driven in rotation in both directions by the screw (2), actuating two rods (14) connected, at one end, to two eccentric anchoring points (27), belonging to said plate, and, at the other end, respectively to the two articulated arms (8). The mast section (1) comprises, internally, essentially, walls (15) for guiding the wheels (16) of the carriage (3), an opening (17) for guiding the handle (18) for handling said assembly and a slot (19) for guiding and holding the sealing tape (6). It is shown in Figures 5 and 6.
The assembly according to the invention comprises in addition, vertical to the mast (1), an autonomous device of the "omnidirectional wheel (20) -motor reduction (21) -battery (22)" type capable of allowing motorized movement of the 'together (Figures 7 and 8).
Said device comprises a retractable "pedal (28) - rotary base (29) - spring (30)" assembly, in other words disengageable.
The assembly according to the invention further comprises:

L'appareil a été testé avec succès avec des charges de 200 kg.
Sa garde au sol est de 80 mm.
La motorisation de la vis sans fin est à deux vitesses de fonctionnement. La boîte de commande de toutes les fonctions de l'appareil est placée au niveau de la poignée (18).
