Abstract
Es wird ein elektropneumatisch vorsgesteuertes Wegeventil (10) vorgeschlagen, bei dem ausgehend von einem Standardgehäuse eines einzelnen 5/2-Wegeventils in einem Gehäuse (14) zwei Steuerschieber (51, 52) mit jeweils 5/2-Wegefunktion angeordnet sind, die über zwei Vorsteuerventile (64, 65) in einem Vorsteuermodul (12), der an einer Stirnseite (15) des Gehäuses (14) angeordnet ist, unabhängig voneinander ansteuerbar sind. In einem Ventilträgersystem können damit auf einem Ventilplatz bei verringertem Bauraum und Kosten mehr Ventilfunktionen in Form von zwei monostabilen 5/2-Ventilen (76, 77) untergebracht werden, wobei sich zudem gute Durchflußwerte erreichen lassen. An electropneumatically pilot-controlled directional valve (10) is proposed, in which, starting from a standard housing of an individual 5/2-way valve, two control spools (51, 52), each with a 5/2-way function, are arranged in a housing (14) Pilot valves (64, 65) in a pilot module (12), which is arranged on an end face (15) of the housing (14), can be controlled independently of one another. In a valve carrier system, more valve functions in the form of two monostable 5/2 valves (76, 77) can thus be accommodated on a valve position with reduced installation space and costs, and good flow values can also be achieved.
