Description
Claims (11)
- Machine de havage du genre comportant une embase (11), qui appartient à un chariot de déplacement (12) destiné à être monté mobile sur un guide fixe (13), et, portée par un chariot de pénétration (14) monté mobile sur cette embase (11), une tête de havage (15), avec, entre l'embase (11) et la tête de havage (15), d'une part, des moyens d'extension (26), propres à permettre un déplacement de la tête de havage (15) sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement (D) du chariot de pénétration (14) sur l'embase (11), et, d'autre part, des moyens d'angulation (27) propres à permettre un basculement de cette tête de havage (15) autour d'un axe (A3) sensiblement parallèle à cette direction de déplacement (D), caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'angulation (27) interviennent entre le chariot de pénétration (14) et la tête de havage (15).
- Machine de havage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'extension (26) interviennent également entre le chariot de pénétration (14) et la tête de havage (15).
- Machine de havage suivant les revendications 1 et 2, prises conjointement, caractérisée en ce que, d'une part, les moyens d'extension (26) comportent une coulisse (28), qui est portée par le chariot de pénétration (14), un coulisseau (29), qui est en prise avec la coulisse (28) et qui porte la tête de havage (15), et des moyens de commande (30) propres à assurer un déplacement du coulisseau (29) sur la coulisse (28), et en ce que, d'autre part, les moyens d'angulation (27) comportent, conjointement, un arbre d'angulation (32), qui est monté rotatif sur le chariot de pénétration (14) et qui porte la coulisse (28), et des moyens de commande (33), propres à assurer une rotation dudit arbre d'angulation (32).
- Machine de havage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de commande (33) de l'arbre d'angulation (32) comportent un moteur ou motoréducteur (37) porté par le chariot de pénétration (14).
- Machine de havage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de commande (33) de l'arbre d'angulation (32) comportent au moins un vérin (37') qui intervient entre le chariot de pénétration (14) et une patte (47) solidaire de l'arbre d'angulation (32).
- Machine de havage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre d'angulation (32) s'étend en continu entre deux flasques (36) qui sont l'un et l'autre disposés du côté du coulisseau (29) opposé à la tête de havage (15).
- Machine de havage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'arbre d'angulation (32) est fractionné en deux tourillons (32', 32") qui sont chacun respectivement disposés de part et d'autre du coulisseau (29).
- Machine de havage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la tête de havage (15) est montée pivotante sur le coulisseau (29), autour d'un axe (A4) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement (D) du chariot de pénétration (14), et elle est soumise à des moyens de commande (40) propres à en assurer le pivotement autour de cet axe (A4).
- Machine de havage suivant les revendications 1 et 2, prises conjointement, caractérisée en ce que, d'une part, les moyens d'extension (26) comportent une coulisse (28), qui est portée par le chariot de pénétration (14), un coulisseau (29), qui est en prise avec la coulisse (28) et qui porte la tête de havage (15), et des moyens de commande (30) propres à assurer un déplacement du coulisseau (29) sur la coulisse (28), et en ce que, d'autre part, les moyens d'angulation (27) comportent, conjointement, un plateau (52), qui est monté rotatif sur le coulisseau (29) autour d'un axe (A3) sensiblement parallèle à la direction de déplacement (D) du chariot de pénétration (14), et des moyens de commande (33') propres à assurer une rotation de ce plateau (52) autour de cet axe (A3).
- Machine de havage suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le plateau (52) est solidaire d'une couronne avec laquelle engrènent les moyens de commande (33') associés.
- Machine de havage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 9, 10, caractérisée en ce que la tête de havage (15) est montée pivotante sur le plateau (52), autour d'un axe (A4) sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement (D) du chariot de pénétration (14), et elle est soumise à des moyens de commande (40) propres à en assurer un pivotement autour de cet axe (A4).
