Abstract

Die Erfindung hat Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Lampe (1) mit einem Leuchtsystem (2), einem damit vakuumdicht verbindbaren Glaskörper als Hüllkörper (4), einer Sockeleinheit (11) zur Montage der Lampe (1) im Beleuchtungskörper und mit den für den Betrieb jeweils notwendigen Zuleitungen (12), zum Gegenstand,
wobei durch Blasen ein einseitig offener Hüllkörper (4) und gleichzeitig damit eine Verschlußvorrichtung als Sockeleinheit (11) an dem anderen, geschlossenen Ende des Hüllkörpers (4) selbst ausgebildet wird, in die ansonsten geschlossene Sockeleinheit (11) Durchlässe (19) für die notwendigen Zuleitungen (12) eingebracht und dann nach Durchführung der Zuleitungen (12) vakuumdicht mit dem Hüllkörper (4) verschmolzen werden, und anschließend an dem Hüllkörper (4) selbst, durch Erwärmen und verengende Verformung an seinem offenen Ende ein Vakuumstutzen (6) ausgebildet wird, mit dessen Hilfe die Lampe (1) durch Zuschmelzen dieses Stutzens (6) nach Anlegen eines geeigneten Vakuums dauerhaft evakuiert wird. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ebenfalls auf die so hergestellte Lampe (1).
