Abstract

Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur adsorptiven Reinigung von pflanzlichen und/oder mineralischen Ölen und Fetten arbeitet in mehrstufigem Gegenstromprozeß. Ungereinigtes Öl wird einer ersten Stufe zugeführt und dort mit bereits benutztem und teilweise beladenem Adsorbens kontaktiert und vorgereinigt. Es wird dann einer ersten Trennstufe zugeführt. Nach Durchlaufen dieser ersten Trennstufe wird es dann in einer zweiten Stufe mit frischem Adsorbens kontaktiert und dann einer zweiten Trennstufe zugeführt. Nach diesem Verfahrensschritt wird das gereinigte und gebleichte Öl oder Fett zur Weiterverarbeitung geführt. Die in der zweiten Trennstufe aus dem Öl herausgetrennten Bestandteile werden als bereits benutztes und teilweise beladenes Adsorbens wieder im ersten Verfahrensschritt eingesetzt. Dabei werden diese Bestandteile als pumpfähiger Schlamm gewonnen und/oder aufbereitet und unter Luftausschluß in die erste Stufe zu dem ungereinigten Öl gefördert.

A method and a device for the adsorptive cleaning of vegetable and / or mineral oils and fats works in a multi-stage countercurrent process. Uncleaned oil is fed to a first stage, where it is contacted and pre-cleaned with already used and partially loaded adsorbent. It is then fed to a first separation stage. After passing through this first separation stage, it is then contacted with fresh adsorbent in a second stage and then fed to a second separation stage. After this process step, the cleaned and bleached oil or fat is passed on for further processing. The constituents separated from the oil in the second separation stage are used again as the already used and partially loaded adsorbent in the first process step. These components are obtained as pumpable sludge and / or processed and conveyed to the unpurified oil in the first stage with exclusion of air.
