Abstract

Beschrieben wird eine Druckschaltvorrichtung für Zylinder (1) von Druckmaschinen, insbesondere den Gummituchzylinder einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine bzw. den Formzylinder einer Lackiereinrichtung bzw. eines Lackwerkes. Eine derartige Druckschaltvorrichtung, bei welcher der Zylinder (1) (Gummituchzylinder/Formzylinder) beidseitig über verschwenkbare Exzenter (2) zum Druckschalten sowie zur bedruckstoffstärkenabhängigen Einstellung gelagert ist, soll in insbesondere die Herstellungskosten senkender Weise weitergebildet werden. Erfindungsgemäß gelingt dies dadurch, daß sowohl an der A- als auch der B-Seite der Maschine den Exzenterlagern (3) jeweils eine als Arbeitszylinder (4) ausgebildete Betätigungseinrichtung sowie ein den Verschwenkweg des jeweiligen Exzenterlagers (3) begrenzender Anschlag (6) ferneinstellbar (5) zugeordnet ist. Dadurch entfällt insbesondere eine die Bewegungen der Exzenterlager synchronisierende Abrückwelle, welche sich zwischen den Gestellwänden der Maschine erstreckt und ferner auch ein Abschmieren der bedruckten Bogen bewirken kann.
