Im Falle, daß die Innenlager fest und nicht auswechselbar angeordnet sind, müssen sie den Durchgang der Ziehschraube 12 mit größtem Gewindedurchmesser erlauben. Schließlich wird der Mehrkantsteckteil 29 aus der Endhülse 26 herausgezogen, wobei diese im Gehäuse 2 fixiert verbleibt. Mundstück soweit eingeführt wird, bis sich ihr Kopf 13 bzw. die an ihm anliegende Reduzierscheibe am Innenlager abstützt. Dann wird der Halter 17 mit einem gegebenenfalls auch ausgewechseltem Mitnehmerdorn 14 bestückt, wobei dessen freies Ende zur drehfesten Verbindung in den Kopf 13 der Ziehschraube 12 eingeführt wird, wonach der Deckel 16 aufgeschraubt wird.
