Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Vliestrichter, nach den Ausgangswalzen (70, 80) eines Streckwerks (SW) und im Abstand zu diesen angeordnet, wobei eine lange Seite eines Trichterbereiches (303) durch eine Leitfläche (310) gebildet ist und die Leitfläche (310) eine Prallfläche (309) begrenzt, wobei die Prallfläche (309) konkav gewölbt ist und an der tiefsten Stelle der konkaven Wölbung eine Trichtermündung mit Trichterkanal (304) angeordnet ist und außerhalb des Trichterbereiches eine Rampenfläche (302) angeordnet ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Vliestrichter zu schaffen, der deutlich höhere Liefergeschwindigkeiten als 900 m/min ohne Qualitätsbeeinflussung des Faserbandes und ohne Störungen des Faserbandtransportes gewährleistet und gleichfalls die zusätzliche Funktion des automatischen Einführens eines Faserbandanfangs ermöglicht.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird gelöst durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruch 1.
