  • einer Faltstation mit maschinenfesten, entlang der Umlaufbahn der Formzapfen angeordneten Faltwerkzeugen,
  • einer Einrichtung zur Positionierung von Materialstreifen in der Umlaufbahn der Formzapfen quer zu deren Bewegungsrichtung und
  • einer Abstreifstation mit einer Einrichtung zum Abstreifen der an den Formzapfen umgefalteten Materialstreifen,
wobei der Riemen kontinuierlich umläuft und die Einrichtung zum Positionieren der Materialstreifen, die Faltstation sowie die Abstreifstation in Umlaufrichtung hintereinander entlang der Umlaufbahn der Formzapfen angeordnet sind. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsstation ein mit dem Antrieb des Riemens synchron angetriebenes Umlegerad mit mindestens einem Umlegefinger aufweist, durch dessen Bewegung ein überstehendes Ende des Materialstreifens an die kontinuierlich fortbewegten Formzapfen anlegbar ist. Bei dieser Ausführung können zunächst C-förmig an den Formzapfen anliegende Material-streifen ringförmig geschlossen werden. Die Kulissensteuerung weist eine Kulisse 15 mit einem maschinenfesten Teil 16 sowie einem schwenkbeweglich verstellbaren Teil 17 auf, deren einstellbarer Abstand von einem einliegenden Federblech 18 überbrückt ist (Fig. 6). Das Umlegerad 21 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel unter Zwischenschaltung eines Kegelradgetriebes 23 an die Antriebsvorrichtung des Antriebsrades 9 angeschlossen, so daß die Bewegungen der Zahnriemen 1 mit angeschlossenen Formzapfen 2 sowie des Umlegerades 21 synchron erfolgen.
