Abstract

Cet appareil d'électrophorèse sur gel comprend un laser, qui est destiné à émettre un faisceau laser d'une longueur d'onde prédéterminée, afin d'exciter au moins une substance (4) qui est marquée à l'aide d'un fluorophore et qui est amenée à migrer le long d'un gel (1), lequel est placé entre deux plaques transparentes (2, 3), un détecteur (5) qui est placé à proximité de l'une (3) des plaques, afin de détecter la fluorescence émise après excitation du fluorophore ainsi qu'un filtre optique (6) qui est placé entre cette plaque (3) et ledit détecteur et qui est destiné à bloquer la lumière de cette longueur d'onde prédéterminée, le filtre optique (6) étant conçu pour bloquer également la fluorescence intrinsèque desdites plaques (2, 3).
