Claims (9)
- Dispositif de manoeuvre (1) pour volet roulant, comportant une plaque support (2) devant être apposée sur l'une des faces d'un caisson (5) de volet roulant, cette plaque (2) disposant d'une surface (4) interne courbe, recevant un carter (15, 16), caractérisé en ce que le carter (15, 16) est muni de deux modules (7, 8) à pignons coniques, dont l'un des pignons de chaque module coopère respectivement avec l'axe du treuil et avec l'axe de la manivelle.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (2) comporte une surface (4), de profil concave ou convexe, permettant un déplacement angulaire selon un angle (α) autour d'une position médiane de l'un des modules (7, 8).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface courbe (4) en regard desdits modules (7, 8) présente une pluralité de rainures (13) uniformément réparties formant crémaillère, cette crémaillère permettant d'assurer le positionnement axial d'un module (7) par rapport à l'autre (8), entre une valeur minimum et une valeur maximum de l'entre-axe desdits modules (7,8).
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface courbe (4) en regard desdits modules (7, 8) est une surface lisse.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules (7, 8) sont reliés entre eux, au niveau d'un de leurs pignons coniques (10, 11) respectifs, par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (14), dont l'une des extrémités est rendue solidaire de l'un des pignons coniques (11, 10), tandis que l'autre extrémité de l'axe (14) coulisse au travers de l'autre pignon conique, coaxial au précédent et appartenant à l'autre module.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de liaison (14) entre les modules (7, 8) est une tige hexagonale.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les modules (7, 8) de renvoi d'angle (9, 10, 11, 12) à pignons coniques disposent, sur la surface externe de leur boítier, de rainures complémentaires.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les modules (7, 8) de renvoi d'angle (9, 10, 11, 12) à pignons coniques disposent, sur la surface externe de leur boítier, de surfaces lisses.
- Dispositif de manoeuvre pour volet roulant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des modules (7, 8) est formé d'un assemblage de deux carters (15, 16), l'un interne est positionné sur la plaque support (2), l'autre externe enserre les renvois d'angle (9, 10, 11, 12) et maintient en position chacun des pignons coniques.
