Abstract

Bei Verpackungsmaschinen, besonders solchen mit aufeinander zu bewegbaren Ober- und Unterwerkzeugen, ist zumeist ein Wärmeeintrag in das Packungsgut nicht zu vermeiden. Handelt es sich dabei um wärmeempfindliche Lebens- oder Arzneimittel, dann muß durch eine der betreffenden Arbeitsstation nachfolgende Kühleinrichtung (K) für den Abtransport der überschüssigen Wärmeenergie gesorgt werden. Der Wirkungsgrad einer solchen Kühleinrichtung wird entscheidend verbessert, wenn zwischen den für den Kühlmitteltransport vorgesehenen Kühlregistern (1,2) und den mit Packungsgut gefüllten Packungen (P) weiche, anschmiegsame Kontaktstücke (5) vorgesehen sind und dadurch der Wärmeübergang von dem Packungsgut auf das Kühlmittel verbessert wird.
