Abstract

Es wird eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Trockenpartie, die mindestens eine eine Anzahl von Trockenzylindern und besaugten Bahnleitwalzen aufweisende Trockengruppe umfaßt, vorgeschlagen, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß mindestens einer Bahnleitwalze (11,13), vorzugsweise allen Bahnleitwalzen, ein externer Saugkasten (27,29) zugeordnet ist und daß der Mantel (31) dieser Bahnleitwalze eine Anzahl von Durchgangslöchern (37) aufweist, von denen eine Anzahl, vorzugsweise alle, in mindestens einer in die Umfangsfläche (33) des Mantels (31) von außen eingebrachten Rille (35;35') münden.
