Abstract

Es wird eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer eine Anzahl von Trockenzylindern und Bahnleitwalzen aufweisenden Trockengruppe, innerhalb derer die Materialbahn mittels eines Transportbandes mäanderförmig um die Trockenzylinder und Bahnleitwalzen herumgeführt wird, wobei die Trockengruppe eine das Transportband kühlende Kühleinrichtung umfaßt, vorgeschlagen. Die Maschine zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Kühleinrichtung (53;57;71) das von der Materialbahn (51) abgehobene Transportband (27,35) mit einem Luftstrom beaufschlagt.
