L'affiche est découpée avec une seule coupe par bande d'affiche sans déchets. Le système de transmission produit un frottement minimal car la pression sur les guidages de rotation est minimale, c'est-à-dire qu'il demande un minimum d'énergie pour son fonctionnement. Le manipulateur ( 1 ) prend les morceaux d'affiche (4), seulement si elle est composé de plusieurs morceaux, à l'aide de ses ventouses du manipulateur (5 ) et les posent sur la table de travail (2). La table de travail (2) est couverte de ventouses de la table de travail (6), avec lesquelles les morceaux d'affiche (4) sont fixés en bonne position. Le dispositif sur la figure 2 est composé d'un cadre avec les prismes triangulaires ( 13). Le cadre est composé de plusieurs morceaux de profil du cadre ( 15) en aluminium spécifiques découpés, percés, usinés. Le cadre est fermé par le couvercle du profil du cadre ( 14), fait d'un deuxième profil spécifique en aluminium. Le couvercle du profil du cadre ( 14) peut s'enlever, ainsi on libère le passage des lamelles ( 16) avec les bandes d'affiche ( 10), pour le retrait et l'insertion dans les prismes triangulaires ( 13). Le retrait et l'insertion des lamelles ( 16) avec les bandes d'affiche ( 10), se fait soit une par une manuellement, soit par groupe de lamelles, en une seule fois automatiquement à l'aide du manipulateur pour le retrait des lamelles ( 17) fixé temporairement sur le cadre du dispositif. Le manipulateur pour le retrait des lamelles ( 17) représenté sur la figure 3 , contient plusieurs paires de galets ( 18) entraînées par le moto-réducteur du manipulateur ( 19). Sur cette figure, les deux premières lamelles ( 16) avec les bandes d'affiche ( 10) sont restées dans les deux premières prismes triangulaires ( 13), bloquées avec les ressorts (20), fait de fil d'acier inoxydable pour ressort. Sur la figure 3 , on peut voir le système de transmission du dispositif avec la règle (2 1 ), faite d'un profil en aluminium standardisé, coupé sur une longueur spécifique, percé, usiné. Sur cette règle sont attachées les bandes flexibles (22), faites soit en tôle d'acier inoxydable, avec une faible épaisseur soit en un autre matériau flexible, résistant à la traction, comme divers plastiques avec armature. La fabrication se fait avec une découpe à l'aide d'un outillage. Les bandes sont enroulées autour des cylindres (23), chacun étant composé de deux pièces identiques (24) faites en plastique injecté dans un moule en deux parties. Les cylindres (23 ) sont fixés sur les axes de rotation (25 ), faits de barre métallique par coupe, perçage, usinage. Ces axes sont positionnés chacun sur deux guidages en rotation (26) standards. Les guidages (26) sont fixés dans le profil du cadre ( 15) avec des vis (27). Sur la figure 4 est représenté la coupe du dispositif où on voit la manière dont est positionnée le prisme triangulaire ( 13), qui a sur son extrémité un élément pointu (28) permettant la liaison du profil triangulaire principal (29) et de l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30). Avec sa pointe (31 ), l'élément pointu (28) positionne le prisme triangulaire ( 13) dans le guidage de rotation avec articulation sphérique (32), standard qui est fixé dans le profil du cadre ( 15 ). L'élément pointu (28) est fait de plastique injecté dans un moule en deux parties. Le prisme triangulaire ( 13 ) contient sur l'extrémité opposé un élément creux (33 ), fait aussi en plastique injecté dans un moule en deux parties. L'élément creux (33) l ie le prisme triangulaire ( 13) et l'axe de rotation (25). Le prisme triangulaire est composé de plusieurs éléments montré sur la figure 7, c'est-à-dire l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30) faite d'un profil spécifique en plastique transparent et découpé sur une longueur spécifique. Au dessous de l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30), pendant l'exposition, se trouve sur chaque face une bande d'affiche ( 10) fixée à l'aide des lamelles ( 16), faites aussi d'un profil spécifique en plastique coupé sur une longueur spécifique, sur lesquelles sont fixés des profils en caoutchouc (34) qui poussent avec leur élasticité la bande d'affiche ( 10) contre la face intérieure de l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30). La lamelle ( 16 ) possède aussi deux rainures (36) grâce auxquelles elle est fixée sur le profil triangulaire principal (29 ) fait d'un profil en aluminium spécifique, qui sur une de ses extrémités et sur chaque face, sont fixés des ressorts (20). Entre les arêtes du profil triangulaire principal (29) et les angles, situés à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30), il y a assez de jeu (37) pour assurer le passage des bandes d'affiche ( 10). Sur la figure 5, on peut voir la liaison entre la bande flexible (22) et le cylindre (23) avec un axe de rotation (25), à l'aide d'une goupille (38), ainsi que la position des autres éléments pendant le retrait et l'insertion des lamelles ( 16) avec la bande d'affiche ( 10). Pendant cette action, le ressort (20) se trouve dans une position permettant le retrait, la ligne discontinue représente sur la figure la position du ressort (20) lorsqu'il bloque la lamelle ( 16) avec la bande d'affiche ( 10). La figure 8 présente le principe de fonctionnement du système de transmission, avec la bande flexible (22) possédant deux bras disjoints (39) liés à la règle (21 ) par ses extrémités, par des vis (40). La bande flexible (22) est enroulée autour du cylindre (23) qui se trouve sur les axes de rotation (25 ), elle est fixée grâce à une goupille (38) sur ce cylindre et sur cet axe. La bande flexible (22) possède un bras médian (41 ) qui est, après enroulement autour du cylindre (23), passée entre deux bras disjoints (39) et avec son extrémité liée à la règle (21 ). La règle (21 ) est entraînée par un vérin électrique (46) qui fait un mouvement linéaire d'aller-retour et qui provoque l'enroulement et le déroulement des bras (39) et (41 ), en le transformant en mouvement de rotation des cylindres (23) et des axes de rotation (25) avec les prismes triangulaires ( 13). Pour les dispositifs de petite dimension représenté par la figure 9, le principe est le même, cependant pour des raisons de prix et de montage, la règle (21 ) en profil d'aluminium, est remplacée par une crémaillère (42) qui entraîne des roues dentées (43 ) avec des axes de rotation (44). Le moto-réducteur (45) entraîne la première roue dentée (43) qui entraîne la crémaillère, celle-ci entraîne toutes les autres roues dentées (43). La crémaillère (42) est un modèle standard en plastique, les roues dentées aussi. La figure 10 représente la première variante du prisme triangulaire ( 13) avec les bandes transparentes (47) supplémentaires, réalisées en film plastique transparent extrudé. Chacune est située entre la bande d'affiche ( 10) et la face intérieure de l'enveloppe triangulaire transparente (30). La bande transparente (47) est fixée par son extrémité à l'extrémité (48) de la lamelle ( 16) avec une vis. Sur la figure 1 1 est représentée la deuxième variante de la prisme triangulaire ( 13), où on peut trouver la bande souple (49) qui remplace la lamelle ( 16). La figure 1 1 montre l'élément clé (56) et l'élément glissant (53 ), coulissant ensemble dans le canal du profil triangulaire principal (29), pendant le changement de la bande d'affiche ( 10). La courroie du prisme qui passe par un galet (52), fixé à l'extrémité du profil triangulaire principal (29), a son extrémité attachée à l'extrémité (50) de la bande souple (49). L'enroulement de la bande souple (49) sur la bobine de bande souple (60), provoque le retrait de la bande d'affiche ( 10), et le déroulement de la bobine de courroie (58). Î 4REVENDICATIONS Î 4 CLAIMS
1. Dispositif pour la présentation d'affiche et de signalisation ainsi que le procédé de préparation et de changement d'affiche de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la préparation et le changement d'affiche, manuelle ou automatique, se décomposent en : un assemblage si nécessaire des morceaux d'affiche (4) avec une bande adhésive (7) afin d'obtenir une affiche (3 ) complète qui sera découpée en bandes d'affiche ( 10), sans déchet, ainsi qu'un changement des bandes d'affiche ( 10) par le retrait du couvercle du profil du cadre ( 14), et par la libération des lamelles ( 16), avec les bandes d'affiche ( 10), bloquées par des ressorts (20), le retrait et l'insertion des lamelles ( 16) avec les bandes d'affiche ( 10) se faisant de manière manuelle ou automatique avec un manipulateur ( 17) fixé sur le cadre et équipé de deux galets ( 18) par lamelle, entraînés par un moto-réducteur, permettant la prise et l'entraînement de celle-ci; ces lamelles sont placées dans les prismes triangulaires ( 13 ) qui sont positionnées les unes à côté des autres dans le cadre, exposant leurs faces par rotation périodique synchronisée avec un changement périodique du sens de rotation à l'aide du système de transmission approprié.1.
