Lighting and/or signalling apparatus for a motor vehicle, comprising a support (2) having a through seating hole (3) therein, at least one lamp (6), and a fitment (10) fastened to the support (2), with snap-fastening elements (14, 16) being carried by the fitment and the support for snap-fastening the fitment to the support, the snap-fastening elements carried by the support (2) being remote from the said seating hole (3) and projecting from the support, characterised in that it includes a lampholder (4) which is fixed to the support in the seating hole (3), the lamp being fixed to the lampholder (4), and the snap-fastening elements (16) carried by the fitment (10) being located between the lampholder and the snap-fastening elements (14) carried by the support, considered in a radial direction with reference to an axis of the lamp.
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterised in that the snap-fastening elements comprise hook pieces (14) having nib portions, and lugs (16) having apertures therein, and are in mutual cooperation whereby to fasten the fitment (10) by snap fitting it to the support (2).
  3. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterised in that the snap-fastening elements (16) carried by the fitment (10) are flexible in a direction radially towards the interior of the fitment, the lampholder having a zone (18) disposed facing the snap-fastening elements (16) carried by the fitment, the said zone having a transverse dimension (M) which is adapted to enable each of the snap-fastening elements (16) carried by the decorative member to flex when passing over the associated snap-fastening element (14) carried by the support (2).
  4. Apparatus according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterised in that the snap-fastening elements (14) carried by the support (2) are flexible in a radial direction away from the lampholder.
  5. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the apparatus is an indicator light.
  6. Apparatus according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the fitment (10) is a reflector.
