Abstract

Eine Warentheke, z.B. Kühltheke insbesondere für Fleischwaren, enthält eine Warenplattform (2) mit einer um sie herum und dabei über ihren Warenauflagebereich geführten Luftströmung (Pfeil 9) von insbesondere gekühlter Luft. Unterhalb der Warenplattform (2) ist eine UV-Strahlenquelle (13) mit mindestens die Luftströmung und/oder ihre unterhalb der Warenplattform befindlichen Führungswände im Bereich eines Bestrahlungsraumes (12) beaufschlagender bakterizider Wirkung angeordnet.
