Claims (4)
- Differential-Thermoauslöser mit Bimetallstreifen für elektrische Schaltgeräte, vor allem Schutzschalter, die eine Auslösungsvorrichtung mit zwei Schaltleisten (30, 40) haben, die beweglich und parallel in eine selbe Richtung angebracht und mit einem Auslösungsmechanismus verbunden sind, sowie mehrere Bimetallstreifen (11), deren gegenüberliegende Seiten mittels einem einzigen Regelteil (15) gegen die eine oder andere Schaltleiste in Auflage gebracht werden können, damit eine simultane oder differenzierte Ablenkung der Bimetallstreifen ein simultanes oder differenziertes Verschieben der Schaltleisten bewirkt, wobei das Regelteil für jeden Bimetallstreifen (11) an der Spitze (13) des Bimetallspreifens in einer Stellung befestigt wird, die in der Bewegungsrichtung (X) der Schaltleisten (30, 40) einstellbar ist und die nach einem Abgleichserhitzen der Bimetallstreifen erreicht wird.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (13) jedes Bimetallstreifens eine geneigte und seitlich frei liegende Kante (19) hat, damit das Regelteil (15) vor der Befestigung frei gleitend auf die geneigte Kante aufgesetzt wird und dabei vertikal auf den Schaltleisten (30,40)gehalten ist. - Auslöser nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Regelteil (15) an der geneigten Kante (19) des Bimetallstreifens in geringem Abstand über einer horizontalen Kante (18) dieser letzteren befestigt ist.
- Auslöser nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Schaltleisten (30,40) der Auslösungsvorrichtung durch Schneiden von trennbaren Zonen (36, 46) eines Stellrahmens (30, 40) erhalten werden und Einlagerungen (35, 45) enthalten, die im jeweiligen Hinblick darauf geschaffen sind, um die, auf den Bimetallstreifen (11) in geneigter Stellung aufgesetzten Regelteile (15) bis zur Befestigung dieser an den Bimetallstreifen zu halten.
- Auslöser nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellrahmen (30, 40) eine allgemeine, rechteckige Form hat, wobei die trennbaren Zonen (36, 46) sich an den Ecken des Rechtecks befinden.
