Claims (12)
- Ventileinheit für eine kombinierte Anlage zur Lieferung sowohl von Heizungs- als auch Sanitärwarmwasser, die aufweist: einen Gasbrenner (1), einen Haupt-Gas/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (2), einen Wasser/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (17), der über ein Dreiwegeventil (4) mit dem Kreislauf des Heizungswassers verbindbar ist, zumindest einen Heizkörper (R) und eine Pumpe (P) für die Umwälzung des Heizungswassers, wobei genannte Einheit eine erste und eine zweite Ventileinheit oder Untereinheit (I, II) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide genannte Untereinheiten aus einem Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial gebildet sind, wobei in die genannte zweite Untereinheit (II) die genannte Pumpe (P) eingebaut ist.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Untereinheit (I) ein Dreiwegeventil (4), einen Anschluß (3) und einen Anschluß (5) für die Verbindung des genannten Dreiwegeventiles (4) mit dem genannten Hauptwärmetauscher (2) bzw. dem Heizkörper (R), einen Auslaßanschluß (9) für das Haushaltswasser und zwei Verbindungen (22, 23) mit dem genannten Wasser/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (17) sowie ein Bypassventil (16) aufweist, das an dem genannten Anschluß (5) für die Verbindung mit dem Heizkörper (R) angebracht ist, wobei genannte erste Untereinheit (I) aus einem monolithischen, einstückigen Körper aus einem Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial gebildet ist.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 2 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte zweite Untereinheit (II) ein Mittel (25) zur Betätigung des genannten Dreiwegeventiles (4) der ersten Untereinheit (I), eine Druckdifferenz-Druckmindervorrichtung (14), die mit dem genannten Betätigungsmittel (25) verbunden ist, die genannte Pumpe (P), einen Anschluß (6) für die Verbindung mit dem Heizkörper (R), einen Anschluß (8), der an der genannten Druckmindervorrichtung (14) für den Einlaß des Haushaltswassers ausgebildet ist, einen selbsttätigen Entlüftungskanal 41 der Pumpe sowie zwei Verbindungen (32, 33) zu dem genannten Wasser/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (17) aufweist, wobei genannte zweite Untereinheit (II) durch einen monolithischen Körper (18) und durch ein Gehäuse (19) gebildet ist, das den die Pumpe antreibenden Motor aufnimmt, wobei beide derselben aus einem Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial gebildet sind.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 3 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Untereinheit (I) einen Elektromotor (12) zur Betätigung des genannten Dreiwegeventiles (4) aufweist und daß das genannte Betätigungsmittel, das in der zweiten Untereinheit (II) vorgesehen ist, einen Manostaten (25) aufweist, der den genannten Motor (12) durch ein elektrisches Signal (S) steuert.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 3 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte erste Untereinheit (I) ein Membranventil zur Betätigung des genannten Dreiwegeventiles (4) aufweist und daß das genannte Betätigungsmittel in der zweiten Untereinheit (II) zwei Leitungen (142, 144) aufweist, die aus der genannten Druckmindervorrichtung (14) herausführen und mit dem genannten Membranventil verbunden sind.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 3 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte erste Untereinheit (I) Sitze oder Aufnahmen (3A, 5A, 9A) zur Unterbringung metallischer Anschlüsse (3, 5, 9) aufweist, und daß die genannte zweite Untereinheit (II) zwei metallische Körper (50, 60) vorsieht, ir denen metallische Anschlüsse (6, 7, 8) ausgebildet sind.
- Ventileinheit wie in den vorausgehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte monolithische Körper (18) der zweiten Untereinheit (II) aufweist:einen ersten Teil (IIA), der ein einstückiger Teil der genannten Pumpe (P) ist und eine Vertiefung (40) zur Aufnahme des Motors der Pumpe vorsieht, einen selbsttätigen Entlüftungskanal (41) für die Anlage, einen Sitz oder eine Aufnahme (42) für den Anschluß zum Hauptwärmetauscher (2) hin, sowie einen Sitz oder eine Aufnahme (6A) für den metallischen Anschluß (6) für den Rücklauf des Heizungswassers;einen zweiten Teil (IIB), in dem ein Sitz für die genannte Druckminder- und Pressostatvorrichtung (14) ausgebildet ist, mit zwei Öffnungen (44) für die Druckmindervorrichtung bzw. einer Öffnung (45) für den Einlaß des kalten Haushaltswassers undeinen Verbindungsteil (IIC), in dem die zwei Verbindungsöffnungen (32, 33) für den Wasser/Wasser-Wärmetauscher (17) und eine Bohrung (46) für eine Verbindung mit dem Wärmetauscher ausgebildet sind.
- Ventileinheit wie in den vorausgehenden Ansprüche beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Verbundmaterial ein thermoplastisches Polymer, beispielsweise mit Glasfaser gefülltes Nylon, aufweist.
- Ventileinheit wie in den vorausgehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Verbundmaterial ein technisches Polymer aufweist, beispielsweise Ryton.
- Ventileinheit wie in den vorausgehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer (50) der genannten metallischen Körper ein Messingteil ist, durch das sich Verbindungsleitungen (56, 57, 58) erstrecken und das einen metallischen Gewindeanschluß (8) für den Rücklauf des Heizungswassers, den Anschluß (58) für den Wasserablauf, ein Mundstück (53) für ein Sicherheitsventil (64) und eine Verbindungsöffnung (54) für einen möglichen Hahn (RI) für die Füllung mit Wasser aufweist.
- Ventileinheit wie in Anspruch 10 beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte metallische Körper (50) außerdem eine Verbindungsöffnung zu einem Ausdehnungsgefäß (13) und einen Auslaß (55) für die Verbindung mit einem Thermostaten aufweist.
- Ventileinheit wie in den vorausgehenden Ansprüchen beansprucht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der andere (60) der metallischen Körper im wesentlichen durch einen mit Gewinde versehenen Anschluß für den Einlaß des Haushaltswassers gebildet ist und einen Kupplungsteil sowie eine Öffnung (63) für die Aufnahme des Anschlusses) zu einem möglichen Hahn (RI) für das Füllen mit Wasser aufweist.
