Abstract
Eine Abrollstation für Bahnen, insbesondere Papierbahnen, mit je einer Lagerung für einen Primärwickel (3) und für einen Sekundärwickel sowie mit einer Einrichtung zum fliegenden Ankleben des Bahnanfanges des Primärwickels an das Bahnende des Sekundärwickels umfaßt einen antreibbaren oder bremsbaren Primärwickel (3) sowie eine mit einer Regeleinrichtung (11) verbundene Steuereinheit des Antriebsaggregates (10). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß die Regeleinrichtung (11) eine Drehzahlregeleinrichtung umfaßt, die das Antriebsaggregat auf eine Drehzahl nb regelt, derart, daß die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Primärwickels größer als die Geschwindigkeit der vom Sekundärwickel ablaufenden Bahn ist, und die Drehzahlregeleinrichtung durch Umsteuerung auf generatorischen Betrieb die Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des Primärwickels von der Drehzahl nb auf eine Drehzahl nsynch herunterregelt, die der Ablaufgeschwindigkeit der Bahn vom Sekundärwickel entspricht. Desweiteren steuert die Regeleinrichtung (11) das Herabfahren auf die Drehzahl nsynch derart, daß die Bremskraft im Zeitpunkt der Übernahme der Bahn vom Primärwickel der Kraft entspricht, die zur Aufrechterhaltung des Bahnzuges benötigt wird. Außerdem ist erfindungsgemäß eine Bahnzugregeleinrichtung (13) vorgesehen, die den Bahnzug nach dem Ankleben aufrecht erhält. According to the invention, the control device (11) comprises a speed control device which controls the drive unit to a speed n b , such that the rotational speed of the primary winding is greater than the speed of the web running off the secondary winding, and the speed control device by changing over to regenerative operation regulates the rotational speed of the primary winding from the rotational speed n b to a rotational speed n synch which corresponds to the running speed of the web from the secondary winding. Furthermore, the control device (11) controls the descent to the speed n synch such that the braking force at the time the web is taken over from the primary winding corresponds to the force required to maintain the web tension. In addition, a web tension control device (13) is provided according to the invention, which maintains the web tension after gluing.
