In Fig. 1 ist die erfindungsgemäße Schließvorrichtung dargestellt. Diese besteht aus einem Zylinderschloß 1 und einem Flachschlüssel, wobei das Zylinderschloß 1 im wesentlichen aus dem Zylindergehäuse 2 und dem darin drehbar gelagerten Zylinderkern 3 gebildet wird. Sowohl beiderseitig und parallel der Längsmittelebene 7 (Fig. 1) als auch in unterschiedlichen Querschnittsebenen (Fig. 3) ist je eine Ergänzungszuhaltung angeordnet, die aus einem im Zylinderkern 3 gelagerten Seitenkernstift 10 und einem im Unterteil 6 des Zylindergehäuses 2 vorgesehenen, durch eine Feder 11 beaufschlagten Seitengehäusestift 12 besteht, wobei die einander zugewandten Enden 13 bzw. 14 dieser beiden, in fluchtend zueinander liegenden Bohrungen angeordneten und längsbeweglichen Stifte 10 bzw. 12, entsprechend dem Verlauf der zwischen Zylindergehäuse 2 und Zylinderkern 3 gebildeten Kerndrehfuge 9 gekrümmt ausgebildet sind. Die Ergänzungszuhaltung wird durch ein quer zur Längsmittelebene 7 in einer als Bohrung 15' ausgebildeten Ausnehmung 15 des Zylinderkerns 3 bewegliches, als Kugel 16' ausgebildetes Steuerelement 16 betätigt, welches im Bereich zwischen dem Schlüsselkanal 4 und dem Seitenkernstift 10 angeordnet ist, wobei der Seitenkernstift 10 auf seiner der Kugel 16' zugewandten Stirnseite 17 eine in Richtung der Bohrung 15' ansteigende Wirkfläche 18 aufweist. Die Kugel 16' ist dabei durch die in der Seitenfläche 19 des Schafts 5 des Flachschlüssels befindliche, als Mulde 20 ausgebildete und tiefenmäßig variierbare Aussparung ansteuerbar (Fig. 3), wobei die Tiefe der Mulde 20 mit der ebenfalls veränderbaren Länge des Seitenkernstifts 10 abgestimmt ist.
Zur Lagesicherung und Hubbegrenzung der Kugeln 16' ist in Längsrichtung des Zylinderkerns 3 im zylindergehäuseseitigen Bereich der Bohrungen 15' ein als Bolzen 21 ausgebildetes Anschlagelement angeordnet - Fig. 1 bis 3 -.

Damit ist jeweils auch die Verlagerung der in der Bohrung 15' befindlichen Kugel 16' in Richtung des Zylindergehäuses 2 verbunden, so daß die an der Stirnseite 17 des Seitenkernstifts 10 zur Bohrung 15' hin ansteigende und an der Kugel 16' anliegende Wirkfläche 18 unter weiterer Aufrechterhaltung der bestehenden Selbstzentrierung zwischen Seitenkern- 10 und Seitengehäusestift 12 (auch die gekrümmt ausgebildeten und einander zugewandten Enden 13 bzw. 14 der Seitenkernstifte 10 und der Seitengehäusestifte 12 berühren sich vollflächig) an der Kugel 16' abgleitet. Durch die daraus resultierende Längsverschiebung nimmt in der Folge die zwischen Seitenkernstift 10 und Seitengehäusestift 12 befindliche Trennfuge 22 eine deckungsgleiche Lage zur Kerndrehfuge 9 zwischen Zylindergehäuse 2 und Zylinderkern 3 ein - Fig. 1 -.
Somit ist die Blockierung zwischen Zylinderkern 3 und Zylindergehäuse 2 durch die Gehäusestifte und auch die Seitengehäusestifte 12 aufgehoben und der Zylinderkern 3 kann gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 zur Betätigung der Schließvorrichtung verdreht werden. Ein nach Rückdrehung des Zylinderkerns 3 erfolgtes Abziehen des Flachschlüssels bewirkt, daß sich die zylinderkernseitigen Enden der federbelasteten Gehäusestifte und Seitengehäusestifte 12 wieder in den Zylinderkern 3 bewegen (Fig. 2) und damit aktiv dessen Blockierung gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 sichern.

    Claims (3)

    1.
