Verdreht sich bereits einer der Stifte, so sperrt dieser unabänderlich mit seinem der Kerndrehfuge zugewandten Ende die Drehbarkeit des Zylinderkerns gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse, wodurch es zwangsläufig zur Unbrauchbarkeit der Schließvorrichtung kommt. Zu dieser Feststellung wird jedoch in der o.g. Druckschrift keine Lösung für die Verdrehsicherung offenbart. Sowohl beiderseitig und parallel der Längsmittelebene 7 (Fig. 1) als auch in unterschiedlichen Querschnittsebenen (Fig. 3) ist je eine Ergänzungszuhaltung angeordnet, die aus einem im Zylinderkern 3 gelagerten Seitenkernstift 10 und einem im Unterteil 6 des Zylindergehäuses 2 vorgesehenen, durch eine Feder 11 beaufschlagten Seitengehäusestift 12 besteht, wobei die einander zugewandten Enden 13 bzw. 14 dieser beiden, in fluchtend zueinander liegenden Bohrungen angeordneten und längsbeweglichen Stifte 10 bzw. 12, entsprechend dem Verlauf der zwischen Zylindergehäuse 2 und Zylinderkern 3 gebildeten Kerndrehfuge 9 gekrümmt ausgebildet sind. Die Ergänzungszuhaltung wird durch ein quer zur Längsmittelebene 7 in einer Bohrung 15 des Zylinderkerns 3 bewegliches, als Kugel 16 ausgebildetes Steuerelement betätigt, welches im Bereich zwischen dem Schlüsselkanal 4 und dem Seitenkernstift 10 angeordnet ist, wobei der Seitenkernstift 10 auf seiner der Kugel 16 zugewandten Stirnseite 17 eine in Richtung der Bohrung 15 ansteigende Wirkfläche 18 aufweist. Die Kugel 16 ist dabei durch die in der Seitenfläche 19 des Schafts 5 des Flachschlüssels befindliche, als Mulde 20 ausgebildete und tiefenmäßig variierbare Aussparung ansteuerbar (Fig. 3), wobei die Tiefe der Mulde 20 mit der ebenfalls veränderbaren Länge des Seitenkernstifts 10 abgestimmt ist.
Zur Lagesicherung und Hubbegrenzung der Kugeln 16 ist in Längsrichtung des Zylinderkerns 3 im zylindergehäuseseitigen Bereich der Bohrungen 15 ein als Bolzen 21 ausgebildetes Anschlagelement angeordnet - Fig. 1 bis 3 -.
The key shaft 5 of the associated flat key is equipped on its key face with variable locking notches 8, which in turn interact when the shaft 5 of the flat key is inserted into the key channel 4 of the cylinder core 3 with the core pins guided in bores of the cylinder core 3 along the longitudinal central plane 7. As is known, this is done in such a way that the ends of the core pins on the cylinder housing side form a joint joint 22 with the ends of the housing pins on the cylinder core side, which joint then runs along the core joint 9 between the cylinder core 3 and the cylinder housing 2.

To secure the position and limit the stroke of the balls 16, a stop element designed as a bolt 21 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder core 3 in the region of the bores 15 on the cylinder housing side - FIGS. 1 to 3.

Ausgehend von der in Fig. 2 (ohne eingesteckten Schlüssel) gezeigten Ausgangsstellung blockieren sowohl die sich in unterschiedlichen Querschnittebenen entlang der Längsmittelebene 7 befindlichen Gehäusestifte (nicht sichtbar) als auch die beiden seitlich der Längsmittelebene 7 angeordneten Ergänzungszuhaltungen durch ihre Seitengehäusestifte 12 die Verdrehung des Zylinderkerns 3 gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 dadurch, daß die Trennfuge zwischen den zylindergehäuseseitigen Enden der angeordneten Kernstifte und den zylinderkernseitigen Enden der Gehäusestifte (nicht dargestellt) bzw. die Trennfuge 22 zwischen den zylindergehäuseseitigen Enden 13 der Seitenkernstifte 10 und den zylinderkernseitigen Enden 14 der Seitengehäusestifte 12 durch die Wirkung der jeweils zugeordneten Feder 11 im Unterteil 6 des Zylindergehäuses 2, in einen Bereich außerhalb der zwischen Zylinderkern 3 und Zylindergehäuse 2 bestehenden Kerndrehfuge 9 verlagert wird. Wird nunmehr der Schaft 5 des zugehörigen Flachschlüssels in den Schlüsselkanal 4 eingeführt, so werden einerseits durch die Schließkerben 8 in der Schlüsselbrust des Flachschlüssels, die auf der Längsmittelebene 7 liegenden Stiftzuhaltungen und andererseits auch die indirekt durch die Federn 11 belasteten Kugeln 16 in die Mulden 20 an den Seitenflächen des Schlüsselschafts 5 eingeordnet. Damit ist jeweils auch die Verlagerung der in der Bohrung 15 befindlichen Kugel 16 in Richtung des Zylindergehäuses 2 verbunden, so daß die an der Stirnseite 17 des Seitenkernstifts 10 zur Bohrung 15 hin ansteigende und an der Kugel anliegende Wirkfläche 18 unter weiterer Aufrechterhaltung der bestehenden Selbstzentrierung zwischen Seitenkern- 10 und Seitengehäusestift 12 (auch die gekrümmt ausgebildeten und einander zugewandten Enden 13 bzw. 14 der Seitenkernstifte 10 und der Seitengehäusestifte 12 berühren sich vollflächig) an der Kugel 16 abgleitet. Durch die daraus resultierende Längsverschiebung nimmt in der Folge die zwischen Seitenkernstift 10 und Seitengehäusestift 12 befindliche Trennfuge 22 eine deckungsgleiche Lage zur Kerndrehfuge 9 zwischen Zylindergehäuse 2 und Zylinderkern 3 ein - Fig. 1 -.
Somit ist die Blockierung zwischen Zylinderkern 3 und Zylindergehäuse 2 durch die Gehäusestifte und auch die Seitengehäusestifte 12 aufgehoben und der Zylinderkern 3 kann gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 zur Betätigung der Schließvorrichtung verdreht werden. Ein nach Rückdrehung des Zylinderkerns 3 erfolgtes Abziehen des Flachschlüssels bewirkt, daß sich die zylinderkernseitigen Enden der federbelasteten Gehäusestifte und Seitengehäusestifte 12 wieder in den Zylinderkern 3 bewegen (Fig. 2) und damit aktiv dessen Blockierung gegenüber dem Zylindergehäuse 2 sichern.

Thus, the blockage between the cylinder core 3 and the cylinder housing 2 by the housing pins and also the side housing pins 12 is removed and the cylinder core 3 can be rotated relative to the cylinder housing 2 to actuate the locking device. After the cylinder core 3 has been turned back, the flat key has been removed, causing the ends of the spring-loaded housing pins and side housing pins 12 on the cylinder core side to move again into the cylinder core 3 (FIG. 2) and thus actively securing its blocking relative to the cylinder housing 2.

Claims (3)

Schließvorrichtung, welche aus einem Zylinderschloß und einem Flachschlüssel besteht, wobei daß Zylinderschloß aus einem Zylindergehäuse mit drehbar gelagertem Zylinderkern gebildet wird, der Zylinderkern mit einem Schlüsselkanal zum Einführen eines zugehörigen Flachschlüssels versehen und dieser Flachschlüssel an seiner Schlüsselbrust mit Schließkerben ausgestattet ist, die ihrerseits in Bohrungen des Zylinderkerns radial geführte sowie auf der Längsmittelebene liegende Stiftzuhaltungen beaufschlagen, daß seitlich und im wesentlichen parallel der Längsmittelebene mindestens eine Ergänzungszuhaltung angeordnet ist, die aus einem im Zylinderkern gelagerten Seitenkernstift und einem im Unterteil des Zylindergehäuses vorgesehenen federbelasteten Seitengehäusestift besteht, wobei die einander zugewandten Enden dieser beiden längsbeweglichen Stifte eine Trennfuge bilden, die entsprechend dem Verlauf der zwischen Zylindergehäuse und Zylinderkern gebildeten Kerndrehfuge gekrümmt ausgebildet und die Ergänzungszuhaltung durch ein in einer Ausnehmung quer zur Längsmittelebene im Zylinderkern bewegliches und durch eine in einer Seitenfläche des Flachschlüssels befindliche Aussparung betätigbares Steuerelement verschiebbar ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Steuerelement als Kugel (16) ausgebildet und in einer als Bohrung (15) gestalteten Ausnehmung im Bereich zwischen dem Schlüsselkanal (4) und dem Seitenkernstift (10) angeordnet ist sowie der Seitenkernstift (10) auf seiner der Kugel (16) zugewandten Stirnseite (17) eine in Richtung der Bohrung (15) ansteigende Wirkfläche (18) aufweist.
