Claims (10)

  1. Plastic hammer-type brush holder in the form of a pivoted arm for an electric machine, in particular a commutator motor, having a box-shaped brush receptacle (1) on one end of its pivoted arm and at least one pivoted bearing arrangement (2) on the other end of its pivoted arm, characterized in that the plastic hammer-type brush holder has a thin-walled connecting web (3) which connects the pivoted bearing arrangement (2) to the box-shaped brush receptacle (1) and which, at least at one end, leads in a spread fashion into the lateral longitudinal walls (1.1 and 1.2, respectively) on the box-shaped brush receptacle (1), which extend essentially parallel to the connecting web (3).
  2. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to Claim 1, having a connecting web (3) which at its other end also respectively leads in a spread fashion into an individual pivoted bearing (2.1 and 2.2, respectively) arranged laterally relative to the connecting web (3) as a two-point bearing.
  3. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to Claim 1 and/or 2, having a connecting web (3) in the form of a middle web which at one end and at its other end respectively leads in a spread fashion in the manner of a fork (3.1; 3.2 and 3.3; 3.4, respectively) into the box-shaped brush receptacle (1) and, respectively, into the individual pivoted bearings (2.1 and 2.2, respectively).
  4. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, having a connecting web (3) which is constructed on its top side in the manner of a trough (3.5; 3.6) and has an insertion receptacle or plug-in receptacle for an interference-suppression inductor (5; 6).
  5. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to Claim 4, having a connecting web (3) which is constructed in the region between the forks (3.1; 3.2 and 3.3; 3.4, respectively) in the manner of a trough (3.5; 3.6).
  6. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, in which the brush holder (1), the pivoted bearing arrangement (2) and the connecting web (3) are parts of an integrated plastic injection-moulded part.
  7. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, in particular Claim 6, having approximately equal wall thicknesses for the box-shaped brush receptacle (1) and the connecting web (3) respectively and the insertion or plug-in receptacle, constructed in the manner of a trough (3.5; 3.6), for an interference-suppression inductor (5).
  8. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, having a box-shaped brush receptacle (1) in the form of a brush box (1.1-1.4) which is open on the box side and provided with a plug-in receptacle for a brush (4).
  9. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, having fastening pockets (1.5; 2.3) which are provided at one end and at the other end of its pivoted arm, in particular in an integrally formed fashion in one piece, and which serve to hold in a plug-in fashion winding ends of an interference-suppression inductor (5; 6) arranged on the back of the pivoted arm.
  10. Plastic hammer-type brush holder according to at least one of the preceding claims, having a connecting web (3) having a receptacle, in particular a suspension opening (3.7) for a brush press-on spring.
