Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von langen, stabartigen, schlaffen oder vorgespannten Stahlbeton-Fertigteilen, bestehend aus einer Schalung mit Stahlhaut und einem diese abstützenden Skelett aus Stahlprofilen, an dem Außenrüttler zur Verdichtung des Betons installiert sind, wobei die gesamte Schalung auf schwingungsdämpfenden Elementen gelagert und ein starker Längsträger starr mit der Schalung verbunden ist. Aufgabe ist es, eine derartige Vorrichtung zur Verfügung zu stellen, die es gestattet, den Beton bei einer Lärmemission von ca. ≤ 90 dB (A) zu verdichten. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe mittels einer gattungsgemäßen Vorrichtung dadurch gelöst, daß an einer der Längsseiten des Längsträgers (12, 21) Pendelrüttler (13) mit horizontal ausgerichteten und zur Zwangssynchronisation miteinander gekoppelten Rotorwellen befestigt sind.
