Claims (4)

  1. Hochdruckreiniger des Typs, umfassend:
    a) einen Einlaß (1) für Flüssigkeit unter einem relativ niedrigen Druck,
    b) eine Hochdruckpumpe (2), deren Saugseite mit dem Flüssigkeitseinlaß (1) verbunden ist und deren Druckseite (8) mit
    c) dem Antriebsdüseneinlaß in einer Einspritzeinrichtung (9) verbunden ist, deren Auslaß mit einer Reinigungspistole (11) verbunden ist, und
    d) eine automatische Regelungseinheit (12), umfassend:
    d1) eine Zylinderkammer (22, 23), in der ein federbelasteter (28, 29) Kolben (21) abdichtend und verschiebbar gelagert ist und daher die Zylinderkammer in zwei Teilkammern (22, 23) teilt, von denen die erste (22) mit dem Saugeinlaß der Einspritzeinrichtung (9) und die zweite (23) mit der Druckseite (8) der Pumpe (2) verbunden ist,
    d2) eine Druckentspannungskammer (26), die von der zweiten Kammer (23) durch eine Abteilung (19) mit einer durch diese verlaufenden Öffnung (33) getrennt ist, und
    d3) eine Kolbenstange (20), die an dem Kolben (21) befestigt ist und sich von dem letztgenannten teils durch die erste Kammer (22) und abdichtend und verschiebbar (24) durch eine Öffnung in der Außenwand (18) der ersten Kammer (22) für einen Eingriff mit dem Betriebselement (25) eines Schalters (16) erstreckt, der in die Energieversorgungsschaltung des Antriebsmotors (6) für die Pumpe eingesetzt ist, und sich teils durch die zweite Kammer (23) und verschiebbar durch die Öffnung (33) in der Abteilung (19) erstreckt, wobei sie mit dieser Öffnung zusammenwirkt, um ein Druckentspannungsventil (33, 27) zu bilden, wobei das Ventil geschlossen ist, wenn sich die Kolbenstange (20) in einer ersten Stellung (Fig. 2) befindet, in der die erste Kammer (22) relativ klein ist und die Kolbenstange (20) den Schalter (16) in einer Kontaktverbindungsstellung hält, und offen ist, wenn sich die Kolbenstange (20) in einer zweiten Stellung (Fig. 3) befindet, in der die erste Kammer (22) größer als in der ersten Stellung ist und die Kolbenstange (20) den Schalter (16) nicht in der Kontaktverbindungsstellung hält,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    e) daß die wirksamen Flächenbereiche auf beiden Seiten des Kolbens (21), die auf der Seite, die zu der ersten Kammer (22) weist, größer als auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite sind, und die Eigenschaften der Feder oder der Federn (28, 29), mit denen der Kolben (21) vorgespannt ist, gegenseitig auf eine solche Art und Weise abgestimmt sind, daß, wenn im wesentlichen gleiche gemäßigte Drücke in den beiden Kammern (22, 23) vorherrschen, der Kolben (21) und mit ihm die Kolbenstange (20) eine Gleichgewichtsstellung oder dritte Stellung (Fig. 4) einnehmen wird, die zwischen den ersten und zweiten Stellungen liegt, und in der das Druckentspannungsventil (33, 27) geschlossen ist und die Kolbenstange (20) den Schalter (16) nicht in der Kontaktverbindungsstellung hält.
  2. Hochdruckreiniger nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federvorspannung des Kolbens (21) durch zumindest zwei schraubenförmige Druckfedern (28, 29) vorgesehen wird, die in der zweiten Kammer (23) angeordnet sind, von denen zumindest eine Feder (29) auf den Kolben ausschließlich entlang eines Teiles des Gesamtweges der Bewegung des Kolbens wirkt.
  3. Hochdruckreiniger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckentspannungsventil (33, 27) gebildet wird durch:
    a) die Öffnung (33), die sich durch die Abteilung (19) erstreckt und eine zylindrische Oberfläche aufweist, und
    b) ein zylindrisches Ventilelement, das an der Kolbenstange (20) befestigt oder einstückig mit dieser ausgebildet ist und verschiebbar und abdichtend mit der zylindrischen Oberfläche in der Öffnung (33) zusammenwirkt, wobei das Ventilelement einen Druckentspannungskanal (27) aufweist, der derart ausgebildet ist, daß er die zweite Kammer (23) mit der Druckentspannungskammer (26) ausschließlich in der zweiten Stellung (Fig. 3) verbindet.
  4. Hochdruckreiniger nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsfunktion zwischen der zylindrischen Wand in der Öffnung (33) und dem Ventilelement durch einen O-Ring (31) bewirkt wird, der in einer Umfangsnut (32) in der zylindrischen Oberfläche liegt.
