Claims (8)
- Porte (1) pourvue d'un dispositif de sécurité pour empêcher automatiquement une fermeture complète accidentelle de ladite porte (1) comportant au moins un panneau (2) munie d'une poignée et articulé dans un cadre (4, 5, 6), ledit dispositif comprenant un organe mobile (10) déplaçable entre une position de sécurité, dans laquelle il empêche la fermeture complète de la porte (1) et une position de fermeture dans laquelle la porte (1) peut être fermée, ledit organe mobile (10) étant relié à un organe d'actionnement (3) de telle sorte que l'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (3) déplace ledit organe mobile (10) vers sa position de fermeture, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe d'actionnement (3) est formé par la poignée de la porte (1).
- Porte selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle, dans la position de sécurité de l'organe mobile (10), le bord (2a) du panneau articulé (2) qui est opposé à l'articulation (8) de la porte (1) et le montant correspondant (5) du cadre (4, 5, 6) définissent un écartement (E) d'au moins quelques centimètres, de sorte que les doigts d'une main ne peuvent pas être pincés entre ledit bord (2a) et ledit montant (5).
- Porte selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile (10) est disposé au niveau du bord supérieur du panneau articulé (2) de la porte (1) .
- Porte selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile (10), dans sa position de sécurité, s'étend au-delà du bord supérieur du panneau articulé (2) de telle sorte qu'il coopère avec le cadre (6) ou un élément (7) solidaire dudit cadre pour empêcher la fermeture complète de la porte (1), et, dans sa position de fermeture, est disposé en-dessous du bord supérieur du panneau articulé (2) de telle sorte que la porte peut être fermée.
- Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile (10) est sollicité vers sa position de sécurité par un ressort (11) .
- Porte selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile et ledit ressort (11) sont disposés dans un cylindre creux (15) fixé dans ledit panneau articulé (2) de la porte.
- Porte selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile (10) est relié audit organe d'actionnement (3) par un câble (20).
- Porte selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit organe mobile (10), dans sa position de sécurité, coopère avec un élément de butée (7) fixé sur le linteau (6) du cadre.
