Description
Claims (8)
- Balancier de support ou de compression d'un câble d'une installation de transport à câble aérien, comprenant des éléments de balancier (10-13;15,16;19), dont chacun est articulé par un palier comportant une articulation à manchon élastique, sur un axe central de support (17,18,20) et porte à ses extrémités des galets (14) de support ou de compression du câble ou des axes de support (17,18) d'autres éléments de balancier, caractérisé en ce que le palier d'au moins un élément de balancier (10) est un palier composite, constitué par la combinaison d'une articulation à rotation libre (29,30), autorisant des débattements importants de l'élément de balancier (10) et d'une articulation coaxiale à manchon élastique (28), autorisant des pivotements limités de l'élément de balancier.
- Balancier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le manchon élastique (28) du palier composite est intercalé entre l'axe de support (17) et une douille coaxiale (29) et qu'un moyeu (30) de l'élément de balancier est monté à rotation libre sur la douille coaxiale (29).
- Balancier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le manchon élastique (28) est solidarisé par son pourtour interne à l'axe de support (17) et par son pourtour externe à ladite douille coaxiale (29).
- Balancier selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de balancier (10,13), disposé à l'entrée et/ou à la sortie du balancier, est équipé d'un palier composite et d'un détecteur (32) d'un pivotement excessif de l'élément de balancier.
- Balancier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit détecteur (32) est une barrette brisable disposée sur la trajectoire de pivotement de l'élément de balancier (10,13) et sur la trajectoire de chute du câble, de telle manière qu'un pivotement excessif de l'élément de balancier et/ou la chute d'un câble déraillé provoque la rupture de la barrette et ainsi l'interruption d'un circuit de sécurité.
- Balancier selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les autres éléments de balancier (11,12), intermédiaires entre les éléments d'entrée et de sortie (10,13) et les éléments de balancier auxiliaires (15,16) et principal (19), sont équipés d'un palier à rotation libre ou d'un palier à manchon élastique.
- Balancier selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des éléments de balancier (10-13;15,16;19) du balancier sont équipés d'un palier composite.
- Balancier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de balancier comporte deux flasques (21,22) parallèles espacés et que les galets (14) et les axes de support (17,18) sont intercalés entre les deux flasques
