Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding part, in particular one Mounting plate, for holding bindings on sliding boards, especially snowboards, provided in the holding part Holes for receiving fastening screws, the under tension of the holding part on the gliding board or snowboard in predefined or predefinable screw mounts can be screwed in on the gliding board or snowboard, the holes forming such a hole pattern that the holding part in different positions relative to the Screw mounts on the gliding board or snowboard is definable.
- Typical bindings for snowboards typically have a base plate on top of the snowboard with a large central circular opening, the peripheral edge of which provided with a front toothing is.
- a base plate on top of the snowboard with a large central circular opening, the peripheral edge of which provided with a front toothing is.
- the base plate can be and thus the snowboard binding in principle any rotational positions relative to a vertical Attach the vertical axis of the snowboard.
- the object of the invention is now the adjustment or Simplify displacement of binding and / or additional Screw adapters on the gliding board or snowboard spare.
- This object is achieved with a holding part of the type specified in that the Hole pattern a two-dimensional adjustment of the holding part or the mounting plate - in two to each other vertical and to the top of the gliding board or snowboard about parallel directions.
- the invention is based on the general idea, besides an adjustment of the bonds in the longitudinal direction of the Sliding boards or snowboards also have an adjustment in it To enable transverse direction, so that a special diverse coordination of the transfer of forces and Moments between the snowboarder's feet or legs and snowboarding is possible.
- the fact becomes Taking into account that the snowboarder typically on the snowboard essentially across from it Longitudinal axis stands and accordingly the use of a longitudinal edge of the snowboard with the heels and the Use the other longitudinal edge of the snowboard with the Must steer toes. Due to the adjustability of the Bindings in the transverse direction of the snowboard can and toe area different foot forces of each Snowboarders in a special way become.
- the mounting plate shown has 1 in plan view essentially the shape a circular disc, possibly on the plate circumference at least one recess 2 can be present to the Fastening plate 1 also in a corresponding manner Circular opening of a base plate of a snowboard binding (not shown) to be able to use when the bond has an interference contour above the base plate.
- the peripheral edge of the mounting plate 1 is undercut formed such that one from the plane of the bottom the mounting plate vertically spaced edge area 1 'is formed, which on its underside Has spur toothing.
- the mounting plate 1 On the top of the mounting plate 1 are inside an inner circular surface area concentric with the edge area 1 ' zones raised in relation to the edge region 1 ' 3 arranged as a tread or footprint for one used in the snowboard binding, not shown Shoe can serve.
- a central hole 4 can be provided with a relatively large diameter.
- Row of holes 6 are each two shorter, to the rows of holes 6 parallel rows of holes 7 arranged, which are apart are spaced in the longitudinal direction and at their ends facing away from each other from the adjacent one Row of holes 6 are towered over in the longitudinal direction. there are the rows of holes 7 next to the adjacent one Row of holes 6 arranged so that they are transverse to each Row of holes 6 result in short rows of holes.
- the round holes of the rows of holes 6 and 7 are used for receiving of fastening screws 8, which are in threaded holes of (not shown) screw adapters on Let the snowboard turn in.
- fastening screws 8 of the edge area 1 'of the mounting plate 1 with its underside face teeth in a counter toothing on the circumferential edge of a circular opening only in Fig. 2 indicated base plate 9 of a snowboard binding engages and the base plate 9 between the edge region 1 'and the top of the snowboard firmly clamped becomes.
- the aforementioned screw mounts on the snowboard are on the corner points of a square (indicated by dotted lines in FIG. 1) arranged.
- the holes in rows 6 and 7 are now so arranged relative to each other that a multiple staggered mounting of the mounting plate 1 relatively to the screw mounts is possible.
- 1 are two possible arrangements of the fastening screws 8 marked within the mounting plate 1 with 8 'and 8 ".
- arrangements are possible in which the screws 8 each in holes in the long rows of holes 6 are arranged.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 differs of the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 mainly by that the rows of holes formed by round holes 6 are each replaced by two elongated holes 10.
- the surrounding zones 11 of the elongated holes 10 are opposite the rest Bottom of the wells 5 arranged somewhat recessed and provided with a corrugation that is transverse to the longitudinal axis the elongated holes 10 runs.
- the round holes 13 of the flat strips 12 each have one Distance according to the threaded holes of the screw mounts on the snowboard.
- the mounting plate 1 is attached to the snowboard So first possible so that the screws 8 in the Holes 13 of the flat strips 12 are used, which in turn in such a way in the surrounding zones 11 the elongated holes 10 are added that the holes 13 a Form a square. Before the mounting screws 8 firmly in the screw mountings of the snowboard are screwed in, the mounting plate 1 (with the base plate 9 the snowboard binding) in the longitudinal direction of the flat strips 12 move to a desired position.
- the mounting plate 1 between the flat strips 12 and the edge of the base plate 9 of the Snowboard binding and the top of the snowboard firmly clamped the location of the mounting plate 1 in Longitudinal direction of the flat strips 12 also through the mutual engagement of the corrugations of the flat strips 12 and the surrounding zones 11 secured into one another is while in the sideways direction of the flat strips 12 Form fit between the longitudinal edges and the step-shaped Transition between the surrounding zones 11 and the elevated ones Zones 3 or the adjacent floor of the wells 5 is present.
- the corrugations mentioned are narrower Division formed so that very closely adjacent layers the mounting plate 1 are adjustable.
- the flat strips 12 have on their long sides next to the holes 13 each have arcuate recesses 14, with the corresponding peripheral areas of the holes the rows of holes 7 are the same contour in plan view as soon as the flat strips 12 are positioned so that their Holes 13 with adjacent holes of the rows of holes 7 each extending straight to the elongated holes 10 Form rows of holes. Since the thickness of the flat strips 12 is so dimensioned is that their top is in the same plane as the Bottom of the recesses 5 is when the flat strips in the surrounding zones 11 are inserted, the Screw head next to a recess 14 in a hole the rows of holes 7 used screw 8 on its underside uniform on the bottom of each depression 5 or the edge of the respective flat strip 12 is supported.
