Abstract
Description
GB 2 264 665 A).The invention relates to a device for cutting pipes according to the Preamble of claim 1 (see e.g. GB 2 264 665 A).
A describes a device for cutting cardboard tubes with at least one cutting unit. This cutter works against you to the interface of the cutting tool arranged counterholder, which one Anvil has that within the outer circumference of the counter holder is arranged. This counter holder is arranged inside the tube. The The pipe is rotated by a drive device. During the Cutting process the cutting knife runs towards the pipe and cuts it. At the end of the cutting process is the cutting movement of the cutting knife limited by an anvil on the counter holder, which is resilient is stored. This device has the disadvantage that it is unclean Cut edge is formed on the inside of the tube.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a device for cutting to create pipes with a clean cutting surface at a high Life of the cutting tool is enabled.
This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
By arranging the at least one anvil, which is at least partially is arranged outside the outer surface of the counter-holder, can be a cleaner Cutting can be achieved especially with cardboard tubes, because during the cutting process the pipe is supported from the inside at the interface.
In Fig. 1 are the essential parts of a
The
The
Alternatively, it can also be provided that a rubber-elastic as
During the cutting process, the
The
gesehen, ruhend zueinander angeordnet.Alternatively, a kinematic reversal can be provided for cutting the
abzuschneiden.Alternatively, it can also be provided that the
Alternatively, it can also be provided that only one or more cutting knives

Schneidmesser 20, 21 während des Schneidvorganges stehen.2 shows an alternative embodiment of two in a
An alternative embodiment to FIG. 2 is shown in FIG. 3. The
At the beginning of the cutting process, the
To run over the
