Claims (12)
- Borne de contact électrique d'une seule pièce en tôle, pliée,ayant une partie avant enfichable constituant une cage formée d'un fond (22), de deux côtés (24a,24b) et d'un plafond (26), le fond et le plafond étant découpés pour former chacun une lame élastique de contact (32,36), en porte à faux vers l'avant, et d'un rabat avant (34) de retenue de la lame respective en précontrainte,ayant une partie arrière de connexion à un fil, ayant des pattes rabattables (16) de sertissage sur l'isolant d'un fil,
- Borne suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie inférieure d'un premier côté (24a) est rattachée à un bord du fond (22) par un pli à 90° tandis que l'autre côté (24b), le plafond (26) et la partie supérieure du premier côté (24a) se raccordent à l'autre bord du fond par un pli à 90° parallèle au premier pli à 90°.
- Borne suivant la renvendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite partie supérieure se termine vers l'arrière sensiblement dans le prolongement transversal du pli à 180° de raccordement de la lame de contact correspondante et l'arête terminale de la partie supérieure prend appui contre l'arête d'un élargissement de la partie inférieure.
- Borne selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée par une fenêtre (37) de réception d'un doigt de verrouillage ménagé dans le plafond.
- Borne selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie arrière porte des moyens de déplacement d'isolant (38,40).
- Borne selon la revendicatinm 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de déplacement d'isolant comprennent :d'une part deux ailes (38) formées par repliement l'une vers l'autre de parties terminales des deux côtés (24a, 24b) de la cage, lesdites ailes délimitant une fente parallèle aux côtés,d'autre part une fourche (40) placée en avant des ailes, parallèle à ces ailes, formée par repliement à 90° d'un prolongement arrière d'un fond (22) de la cage autour d'une ligne transversale et s'appuyant sur les côtés.
- Borne suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les branches de la fourche (40) présentent, à leur extrémité, un bec transversal (44) dirigé vers l'extérieur, encastré dans une encoche (46) du côté respectif (24a, 24b).
- Borne selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdites encoches (46) ont une largeur légèrement inférieure à l'épaisseur de la fourche.
- Borne suivant la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les deux ailes (38) sont repliées l'une vers l'autre et également vers l'avant, de façon à augmenter la force de rétention du fil.
- Borne suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les ailes (38) sont repliées d'environ 120°.
- Borne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée par des échancrures à la base des ailes, à leur raccordement avec le fond (22).
- Borne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée par des poinçonnements (48) du fond et des côtés, entre les ailes (38) et la fourche (40).
