Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a footwear assembly for practicing sport, and in particular a roller skate shoe or inline wheels.
  • This set is of the type comprising two elements, one of which "internal”, namely a slipper or a shoe, is in direct contact with the foot and envelops it, and of which the other external, namely respectively a shoe shell or a shoe support from the skate, is intended to receive and maintain the internal element.
  • At least the external element comprises means for closing and connecting the assembly, constituted by hooks or a lace or cable connecting together, according to a determined alternative route, a series of hooks or eyelets arranged on the edges of an internal quarter and a quarter external of the external element delimiting an opening for introducing the foot of a user to form a lacing area.
  • Document US 3,837,098 relates to a shoe upper having two portions of upper superimposed cooperating in the tightening in a crossed way so as to favor the distribution of tightenings around the foot and avoid any risk of the foot floating.
  • the portions of the uppers are linked to the sole so as to be resistant to traction on the element of Tightening.
  • the internal stem however, only partially surrounds the forefoot. Such a rod therefore cannot be used outside the shoe.
  • Document WO 89/04126 relates to a cross-country ski boot comprising an upper internal lower and an external upper rod surrounding the lower rod.
  • a common lacing system to the lower upper and the upper upper acts on the latter at the bend of the foot.
  • the lacing is however operated successively on the lower rod in the lower part of the shoe, then on the upper upper in the upper part of the shoe.
  • the lower rod is connected to the sole permanently and permanently without the possibility of separation.
  • the present invention also relates to the characteristics which will emerge during the description which follows and which must be considered in isolation or according to all their possible technical combinations.
  • the inline skate 1 designated in the figures is cited only as a concrete example of production. It is obvious that it could be any other type of sports shoe.
  • It is a footwear set comprising two elements, namely an internal element 2, in fact a relatively flexible bootie or walking shoe, and an external element 3, makes it a relatively rigid support integral with the chassis 4 of the shoe 1 and capable of receiving the slipper or soft shoe 2.
  • Each of these internal 2 or external 3 elements therefore the shoe and its support, comprises an opening for introducing the foot respectively 5 and 6.
  • openings 5 and 6 are each delimited by an internal quarter respectively 5A, 6A, and an outer quarter respectively 5B, 6B.
  • a cable or a single lace 9 passes alternately over the eyelets 7, 7A, and the hooks 8 of the different quarters 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, through its two strands respectively 9 a , 9 b .
  • the lacing zone of the external element 3 extends beyond and at a certain distance from the lacing zone of the respectively internal element 2, each hook 8 being disposed between two eyelets 7, 7A, of the same pair and recessed with respect thereto.
  • This allows a portion, respectively "a” or “b", of strand 9 a or 9 b connecting two successive eyelets respectively 7, 7A, of one of the quarters 5A, 5B, of the internal element 2 to be grasped and extended by traction towards a hook 8 produced on a quarter 6A, 6B, of the external element 3 and positioned between these two successive eyelets 7, 7A, as shown in FIG. 4, or between two successive eyelets of a quarter opposite 5A, 5B, of the internal element 2, as shown in FIG. 5.
  • Figure 4 shows according to a first example of tightening, an extension of the portions "a” or “b” of the strands 9a or 9b, situated between two successive eyelets 7, 7A, towards a hook 8 located on the same side as these eyelets, while Figure 5 shows an extension of the same portions "a” and "b” to a hook 8 located on the opposite quarter.
  • the portion "a”, "b”, of strand 9a, 9b, connecting two successive eyelets 7, 7A passes over the corresponding quarter 5A, 5B, of the internal element 2, so as to facilitate gripping.
  • each internal 5A and external 5B quarter of the internal element 2 has a identical number of pairs of successive eyelets 7, 7A, made facing one another symmetrically, and that each internal 6A and external 6B quarter of the external element 3 has as many hooks 8 as pairs of eyelets 7, 7A, arranged symmetrically between these and following a predetermined offset towards the outside with respect to the eyelets 7, 7A, of the internal element 2.
  • each of the strands 9a, 9b, from one side to the other of the quarters 5A, 5B, of the internal element 2 is carried out crosswise above the foot of the user between each pair of eyelets 7, 7A.
  • the internal element 2 is constituted by a liner capable of being inserted removably into the shell of a shoe constituting the external element 3.
  • the internal element 2 is constituted by a shoe capable of being releasably position in a support from a shoe and constituting the element external 3, so that it can be easily dissociated from the skate in order to constitute a walking shoe.
  • the mode of connection between the chassis 4 of a shoe and the internal element 2, of the liner type, shoe according to the invention is particularly advantageous since they require only one type of tightening means and a single lace or tightening cable.
  • pairs of eyelets could be arranged on the external element and the hooks on the internal element.
