Claims (11)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung für eingewickelte Speiseeissandwiches, aufweisend:
    eine im wesentlichen horizontale Sammelplattform (48);
    ein Fördermittel (12), um die eingewickelten Speiseeissandwiches längs einer ersten, im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (50) auf die Sammelplattform (48) zu befördern;
    ein Erfassungsmittel (88), um zu erfassen, wenn sich eine vorgegebene Anzahl der beförderten Speiseeissandwiches auf der Sammelplattform (48) angesammelt hat;
    eine Elevatoreinheit (78), die neben der Sammelplattform (48) angeordnet ist, wobei die Elevatoreinheit (78) eine im wesentlichen horizontale Elevatorplattform (104) hat, die längs einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Achse (110) bewegbar ist;
    ein Montagemittel, das über der Sammelplattform (48) angeordnet ist, wobei das Montagemittel längs einer zweiten, im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (102) zwischen einer Anfangsposition und einer Endposition bewegbar ist, wobei die zweite horizontale Achse (102) im wesentlichen quer zu der ersten horizontalen Achse (50) verläuft;
    ein an dem Montagemittel angebrachtes Schiebemittel (82), um die vorgegebene Anzahl von beförderten Speiseeissandwiches von der Sammelplattform (48) auf die Elevatorplattform (104) zu schieben, wenn sich das Montagemittel von der Anfangsposition nach der Endposition bewegt; und
    ein Steuermittel (52), um die horizontale Bewegung des Montagemittels und die vertikale Bewegung der Elevatorplattform (104) zu steuern, wobei die Elevatoreinheit (78) aufweist: eine gleitende Elevatorbefestigung (108), die längs der im wesentlichen vertikalen Achse (110) bewegbar ist, die Elevatorplattform (104), die an der gleitenden Elevatorbefestigung befestigt ist, eine Sperrklinkenbefestigung (116), die an der gleitenden Elevatorbefestigung (108) befestigt ist, und eine gleitende Mitnehmerbefestigung (121), die neben der gleitenden Elevatorbefestigung (108) angeordnet ist und längs einer dritten, im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (122) bewegbar ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zu der zweiten horizontalen Achse (102) ist, wobei die Sperrklinkenbefestigung (116) eine Vielzahl von vertikal und horizontal versetzt angeordneten, vorragenden Sperrklinkenverlängerungen (148) hat, und die gleitende Mitnehmerbefestigung (121) mindestens eine schmale, vorragende Auflagenverlängerung (150) hat, und wobei die Sperrklinkenverlängerungen (148) je nach der Position der gleitenden Mitnehmerbefestigung (121) von der mindestens einen schmalen Auflagenverlängerung (150) getragen werden.
  2. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, wobei die Sammelplattform (48) ein Anhalteelement (86) trägt, um die beförderten Speiseeissandwiches auf der Sammelplattform (48) anzuhalten, und wobei die Position des Anhalteelements (86) auf der Sammelplattform (48) längs einer im wesentlichen zu der ersten horizontalen Achse (50) parallelen Linie einstellbar ist, so daß verschiedene, vorgegebene Anzahlen von beförderten Speiseeissandwiches angehalten werden.
  3. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2 definiert, wobei das Fördermittel (12) in der Breite einstellbar ist, so daß eingewickelte Speiseeissandwiches mit verschiedener Breite auf die Sammelplattform (48) befördert werden können.
  4. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1, Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3 definiert, wobei das Erfassungsmittel ein Faseroptiksensor (88) ist, wobei der Faseroptiksensor (88) auf der Sammelplattform (48) angebracht ist, und wobei die Position des Faseroptiksensors (88) auf der Sammelplattform (48) längs einer im wesentlichen zu der ersten horizontalen Achse (50) parallelen Linie einstellbar ist, so daß verschiedene, vorgegebene Anzahlen von Speiseeissandwiches erfaßt werden.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Elevatoreinheit (78) weiterhin einen Elevator-Druckluftzylinder (112) aufweist, um die gleitende Elevatorbefestigung (108) längs der im wesentlichen vertikalen Achse (110) nach oben zu schieben, und einen Transport-Druckluftzylinder (124) aufweist, um die gleitende Mitnehmerbefestigung längs der dritten, im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (112) zu bewegen.
  6. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 5 definiert, wobei das Steuermittel (52) auch die horizontale Bewegung der gleitenden Mitnehmerbefestigung steuert.
  7. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, die weiterhin einen Bandzylinder (84) aufweist, um das Montagemittel längs der zweiten, im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (102) zwischen der Anfangsposition und der Endposition zu bewegen.
  8. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, wobei das Schiebemittel (82) so ausgelegt ist, daß es zwischen einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Position und einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Position frei schwenkbar bewegbar ist, und das Schiebemittel (82) die im wesentlichen vertikale Position einnimmt, um die beförderten Speiseeissandwiches von der Sammelplattform (48) auf die Elevatorplattform (104) zu schieben.
  9. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 8 definiert, wobei das Schiebemittel (82) ausgelegt ist, um zu der im wesentlichen horizontalen Position hin ausgelenkt zu werden, um irgendwelche Speiseeissandwiches, die sich zusätzlich angesammelt haben, entweder passieren zu lassen oder gleitenden Kontakt damit zu machen, wenn sich das Montagemittel von der Endposition nach der Anfangsposition zurückbewegt.
  10. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, wobei das Steuermittel (52) auch die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Fördermittels (12) steuert.
  11. Vorrichtung wie in Anspruch 1 definiert, wobei das Steuermittel (52) einen programmierbaren logischen Controller (PLC) aufweist, der eine Steuerplatte (54) hat, um einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, damit zu kommunizieren.
