Description

L'invention concerne la présentation de biens de consommation courante dans des meubles dit linéaires que l'on trouve dans les magasins de distribution.
Un mode de présentation très répandu pour les produits les plus divers de faibles dimensions (cosmétiques, colles, articles de papeterie, piles électriques, petite quincaillerie, etc...) est constitué par une carte support sur laquelle le produit est maintenu par une feuille de matière plastique transparent, communément appelée blister.
La carte comporte une perforation supérieure pour être enfilée sur les tringles de support accrochées sur panneau de fond du meuble présentoir.
Ce mode de présentation a pour avantages de montrer le produit au consommateur et de constituer un support informatif important. Cependant, la mise en place sur les tringles de support est relativement incommode et laisse les produits flotter de sorte qu'ils sont rarement présentés correctement en rangées bien alignées. De plus lorsque les différentes rangées de produits sont serrées, la manoeuvre de mise en place ou de dégagement entraíne fréquemment des désordres dans les rangées adjacentes et des chutes indésirées de produits. Enfin, lorsqu'une rangée de produits se vident, les rangées adjacentes rendent difficiles la visualisation des produits restant au fond de la rangée sans que l'acheteur potentiel ne saisisse le produit pour l'amener vers la face avant du meuble.
Un dispositif selon le préambule de la revendication indépendante est connu du document DE-U-94 03 146.
L'invention vise à procurer un dispositif de distribution pour produits destinés à être disposé en rangées individuelles accrochées sur le e panneau de fond d'un meuble de magasin qui procure les avantages précités de la présentation sous blister sans en avoir les inconvénients.
Selon l'invention le dispositif de distribution est caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un boítier rigide muni de moyens d'accrochage coopérant avec les moyens d'accrochage prévus sur le panneau de fond du meuble, d'un tiroir susceptible de coulisser par rapport au boítier à travers la face avant de ce boítier, le fond du boítier et du tiroir étant munis d'une fente longitudinale de guidage par un poussoir à lame à ressort porté par le tiroir, des moyens étant prévus pour immobiliser en service le tiroir par rapport au boítier, le tiroir faisant saillie dans cette position de service par rapport au boítier, sur une distance correspondant à la profondeur d'un produit de la rangée contenue dans le tiroir.
Grâce à cet agencement, on obtient un dispositif modulaire simple, rigidement verrouillé sur le meuble présentoir qui assure une présentation faciale des produits qu'il contient et une homogénéité du plan antérieur de toutes les rangées de produits portée par un même meuble et qui soit très simple et facile à monter, démonter, remplir et vider.
Les revendications dépendantes spécifient des modifications du dispositif selon la revendication indépendante.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description ci-après d'un exemple non limitatif de réalisation de l'invention en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective arrière éclatée des éléments constitutifs d'un boítier conforme à l'invention ;
  • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective arrière illustrant le montage du tiroir dans le boítier de la figure 1 ;
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective arrière du tiroir vide monté dans le boítier ;
  • la figure 4 est une vue en perspective avant illustrant le montage d'un tiroir sur les nervures d'accrochage d'un meuble présentoir ;
  • la figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 4 illustrant le remplissage du tiroir.
  • Les figures 6a, 6b et 6c sont des vues schématiques illustrant le montage du boítier, le remplissage du tiroir et son verrouillage en position d'utilisation.
    • Sur la figure 1, on voit le boítier 1 de forme générale parallélépipédique rectangle comportant un fond 2, une face arrière 3, une face avant 4 et deux faces latérales 5, 6 définissant un volume de réception pour un tiroir qui sera décrit plus loin.
    Le fond 2 comporte une fente médiane 7 qui s'étend jusqu'à la face avant 4 ; près de la face arrière 3, la fente 7 est élargie pour constituer une ouverture 8 de passage du pied de guidage du poussoir coulissant qui sera décrit plus loin.
    La face arrière 3 comporte deux lignes de perforations 9 pour l'engagement des crochets de fixation 10 des réglettes 11 de montage destinées à coopérer avec les nervures d'accrochage du panneau de fond du meuble présentoir (figures 4, 5 et 6).
    Cette disposition permet de régler l'écartement des réglettes 11 en fonction du pas des rainures.
    Entre le bas de la face arrière 3 et le bord arrière du fond 2 est ménagée une fente 12 destinée à permettre le passage du fond du tiroir (figures 3 et 6c).
    Les faces latérales 5 et 6 du boítier 1 comportent près de la face avant des butées 13 coopérant avec les butées arrière du tiroir pour limiter la sortie de celui-ci hors du boítier.
    En avant de ces butées 13, les faces latérales 4, 6 comportent des gorges verticales 14 pour le montage de la face avant 4.
    La face avant est une simple plaque dont la hauteur est supérieure à celle des faces latérales 5 et 6 et qui comporte en partie basse une ouverture 15 au gabarit du tiroir et des produits à délivrer. La partie pleine 16 au-dessus de l'ouverture 15 constitue un support d'information important sur le produit contenu dans le boítier.
    En partie avant, le fond 2 comporte deux lignes de perforation 17 pour les crochets de fixation 18 d'une plaque prolongatrice rapportée 19 munie d'une fente médiane 7' concordant avec la fente 7 et un trou 20 pour l'encliquetage du tiroir.
    Avantageusement, comme représenté sur les variantes de réalisation de la figure 1 la plaque 19 peut comporter un support 21 pour une étiquette informative ou un produit test 22, ou un distributeur de prospectus 23.
    Sur la figure 2 on a représenté le tiroir 24 en cours d'assemblage avec le boítier 1.
    Le tiroir 24 est un conteneur en forme de parallélépipède rectangle de largeur inférieure à celle du boítier 1 ouvert à son extrémité arrière et dont le fond est muni d'une fente 25 symétrique de la fente 7, 7' du boítier 1.
    L'extrémité arrière des faces latérales du tiroir comportent des ailes 26 qui ont pour double fonction de guider latéralement le tiroir dans son mouvement de coulissement dans le boítier 1 et de coopérer avec les butées 13 dudit boítier pour empêcher de le tirer hors du boítier.
    Le fond du tiroir 24 se prolonge vers l'arrière au-delà des ailes 26 sous forme de deux pattes 27 destinées à traverser la fente 12 du boítier 1 (figure 3) pour verrouiller l'ensemble sur le panneau de fond du meuble présentoir (figure 6c).
    A l'extrémité avant du tiroir 24, est fixée l'extrémité libre de la barre à ressort d'un poussoir automatique 28 formant coulisseau dont la base présente un pied 29 traversant l'ouverture 8 du boítier 1 pour assurer l'assemblage du tiroir dans le boítier.
    La longueur du tiroir 24 est telle qu'il dépasse en position de service au-delà de la face avant 4 du boítier 1 sur une distance concordant avec le gabarit du produit à distribuer.
    Sous son fond, le tiroir 1 comporte un pion d'encliquetage 30 (figures 6a à 6c) destiné à coopérer avec le trou 20 du support 19 pour immobiliser le tiroir 24 en position de service lorsque celui-ci est rempli de produits 31.
    Ainsi, en service les produits sont amenés automatiquement en position avant par le poussoir 28 sans que l'utilisateur ait à manipuler le tiroir 24 ou le boítier 1.
    Celui-ci étant fermement verrouillé sur le panneau de fond du meuble par la combinaison des réglettes 11 et des pattes 27, sont désengagement accidentel n'est pas à craindre.
    Pour remplir le tiroir 24, il suffit de dégager le pion 30 de l'ouverture 20 et de le tirer d'une seule main.
    En tirant le tiroir, on peut également facilement enlever l'ensemble boítier 1 tiroir 24 pour le positionner différemment dans le meuble présentoir, comme illustré sur les figures 6a à 6c.
    L'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit ci-dessus. Elle peut être mise en oeuvre avec de nombreuses variantes par exemple :
    • le boítier 1 peut être complètement fermé et sa face avant avec son ouverture de passage 15 peut être fixe,
    • les réglettes d'accrochage 11 peuvent être fixes,
    • le support 19 peut être intégré au fond du boítier,
    • la fente médiane 25 du tiroir 24 peut comporter comme la fente 7 du boítier 1 une ouverture 8 pour le passage du pied du coulisseau 28,
    • l'extrémité libre de la lame à ressort du coulisseau 28 peut comporter un trou pour venir s'engager sur le pion 30 par une fente pratiquée dans le fond du tiroir 1 en avant de la fente 25.

    Claims (7)

    1. Dispositif de distribution de produits destinés à être disposés en rangées individuelles accrochées sur le panneau de fond d'un meuble de magasin le dispositif étant constitué d'un boítier rigide (1) muni de moyens d'accrochage (11) coopérant avec les moyens d'accrochage prévus sur le panneau de fond du meuble, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est constitué d'un tiroir (24) susceptible de coulisser par rapport au boítier à travers la face avant (4) de ce boítier, le fond du boítier (1) et du tiroir (24) étant munis d'une fente longitudinale (7,7', 25) de guidage par un poussoir à lame à ressort (28) porté par le tiroir, des moyens (20, 30) étant prévus pour immobiliser en service le tiroir par rapport au boítier, le tiroir faisant saillie dans cette position de service par rapport au boítier, sur une distance correspondant à la profondeur d'un produit (31) de la rangée contenue dans le tiroir.
    2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) du boítier (1) se prolonge au-delà de sa face avant (4) et comporte un trou (20) dans lequel vient encliqueter un pion (30) d'arrêt porté par le plancher du tiroir (24).
    3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la lame à ressort (28) est engagée sur le pion d'arrêt (30).
    4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (1) comporte une face arrière (3) comportant une fente (12) pour le passage de l'extrémité arrière (27) du plancher du tiroir (24) qui assure le verrouillage de l'ensemble boítier-tiroir sur le meuble présentoir, lorsque le tiroir est immobilisé en position de service dans le boítier.
    5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le boítier (1) et le tiroir (24) comportent des moyens de butée (13, 26) de sortie du tiroir par rapport au boítier.
    6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (4) du boítier est amovible.
    7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie avant du fond du boítier portant le trou (20) d'encliquetage du pion d'arrêt est une pièce séparée (19) rapportée sur le fond du boítier.
