Claims (22)

  1. A stopper of the type having firstly a body (4) intended to be associated with a receptacle (2) and provided with an orifice (12), secondly a cap (5) situated either in a closed position, or in an open position, where it respectively provides closure or allows release of the orifice (12) in the body (4), and thirdly obturation means (6) associated with the body (4) and the cap (5), comprising on the one hand a flexible cover (17) which originally is associated rigidly with the body (4) in order to close off its orifice (12) but is removable by pulling off for its subsequent opening and, on the other hand, a joint (18) which, once the cover (17) has been pulled off and when the cap (5) is in the closed position, is fixed to the cap (5) and able to close off the orifice (12), in which the cover (17) has, at its periphery, at least one extension part (19) which, originally and when the cover (5) is in the closed position, forms, by passing between the body (4) and cap (5), at least one visible external projecting part (20) constituting or forming part of an obvious indication that the closure has not been tampered with.
  2. A stopper according to Claim 1, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) and/or the projecting part (20) is peripherally localised.
  3. A stopper according to Claims 1 or 2, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) and/or the projecting part (20) extends over all or substantially all the periphery of the cover (17) of the stopper (1) respectively.
  4. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) and/or the projecting part (20) is single or made in a single piece.
  5. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 4, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) and/or the projecting part (20) is multiple or is separate.
  6. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 5, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) and the projecting part (20) form together a tongue for pulling off the cover (17).
  7. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 6, characterised by the fact that the projecting part (20) has a structure identical or substantially identical to that of the part forming the cover (17) proper.
  8. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 6, characterised by the fact that the extension part (19) which forms the projecting part (20) comprises on the one hand a structure identical or substantially identical to that of the part forming the cover (17) proper and complementary functional means in the form of one or more supplementary layers, one or more treatments, one or more members providing, participating in or assisting the holding, gripping and pulling off of the cover (17).
  9. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 8, characterised by the fact that the cover (17) is rigidly associated with the periphery of the orifice (12) in the body (4) by welding, bonding or equivalent.
  10. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 9, characterised by the fact that the cover (17) and the joint (18) are originally fixed together but subsequently separable.
  11. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 9, characterised by the fact that the cover (17) and the joint (18) are originally separated from each other.
  12. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 11, characterised by the fact that the body (4) and/or the cap (5) comprises a hollow area defining a housing for the projecting part (20).
  13. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 12, characterised by the fact that the body (4) and/or the cap (5) comprises, at its periphery and at the join with respectively the cap (5) and/or the body (4), a recess for the projecting part (20).
  14. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 13, characterised by the fact that the body (4) and cap (5) are associated with each other so as to pivot about a transverse peripheral hinge (16).
  15. A stopper according to Claim 14, characterised by the fact that the extension part (20) which forms the projecting part is at least substantially diametrically opposed to the hinge (16).
  16. A stopper according to Claims 14, 15, characterised by the fact that the body (4) comprises an outer skirt (7) for attachment to a receptacle (2) or for extending the external wall of the receptacle (2), an annular transverse wall (10) situated close to one of the extreme edges of the skirt (7), and a cylindrical wall (11) projecting with respect to the annular transverse wall (10) forming the orifice (12).
  17. A stopper according to Claim 16, characterised by the fact that the cover (5) comprises a transverse end wall (14) and a lateral skirt (15) which, in the closed position, is situated substantially in line with the outer skirt (7) of the body (4), the hinge (16) being situated substantially at the junction of the two skirts (7, 15).
  18. A stopper according to Claim 16, 17, characterised by the fact that the external skirt (7) of the body (4) is bevelled in order to form both a housing for the projecting part (20) and the recess for its passage.
  19. A stopper according to Claim 18, characterised by the fact that the lateral skirt (15) of the cap (5) has, vertically in line with the bevel (21) on the outer skirt (7) of the body (4), an edge (22) projecting outwards.
  20. A stopper according to Claims 1 to 19, characterised by the fact that it has a temporary means of holding the projecting part (20) against the body (4).
  21. An assembly comprising a receptacle (2) and a stopper (1) associated or integrated with it according to Claims 1 to 19.
  22. An assembly according to Claim 21 including a content in the receptacle (2).
