Claims (17)

  1. Hilfsschalter für Sicherung, umfassend in einem Gehäuse (11) mindestens eine Kontaktlamelle (12A), die durch einen verschwenkbar und verschiebbar angeordneten Betätigungshebel (14) gesteuert wird und mindestens teilweise zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich ist, einer Schließstellung, in der sie an einem feststehenden Kontakt (15A) in Anlage ist, und einer Öffnungsstellung, in der sie dagegen von diesem feststehenden Kontakt entfernt ist, wobei der Betätigungshebel (14) seitlich eine Steuerstange (38) aufweist, die für ihre Betätigung über ein Langloch (39) des Gehäuses (11) aus diesem herausragt, wobei dieses Langloch (39) örtlich in einem Abstand von seinem laufenden Teil (40) eine Ausweichausweitung (42) bildet, die die Steuerstange (38) aufnehmen kann.
  2. Hilfsschalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausweichausweitung (42), die das Langloch (39) des Gehäuses (11) bildet, sich an einem der Enden seines laufenden Teils (40) erstreckt.
  3. Hilfsschalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausweichausweitung (42), die das Langloch (39) des Gehäuses (11) bildet, sich auf eine gekrümmte Verlängerung seines laufenden Teils (39) beschränkt, wobei sie an diesen über einen weit abgerundeten Abschnitt (57) anschließt.
  4. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der laufende Teil (40) des Langlochs (39) des Gehäuses (11) im wesentlichen geradlinig ist.
  5. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (14) für seine verschwenkbare und verschiebbare Anordnung eine Nut (46) aufweist, über die er mit einer Nase (54) des Gehäuses (11) in Eingriff ist.
  6. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (14) eine Ausnehmung (55) aufweist, in der er von der Kontaktlamelle (12A) vollständig durchsetzt wird, und am Rand dieser Ausnehmung (55) einen Buckel (56) aufweist, über den er auf die Kontaktlamelle (12A) einwirken kann.
  7. Hilfsschalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktlamelle (12A) in Schließstellung durch sich selbst elastisch an dem feststehenden Kontakt (15A) anliegt, dem sie zugeordnet ist, und der Buckel (56) des Betätigungshebels (14) sich auf derselben Seite dieser Kontaktlamelle (12A) wie der feststehende Kontakt (15A) befindet.
  8. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktlamelle (12A) an einem ihrer Enden an dem Gehäuse (11) eingespannt ist und über ihr anderes Ende, das frei ist, mit dem feststehenden Kontakt (15A), dem sie zugeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt.
  9. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine zweite Kontaktlamelle (12B) aufweist, die ebenfalls durch den Betätigungshebel (14) gesteuert wird und mindestens teilweise zwischen zwei Stellungen beweglich ist, einer Schließstellung, in der sie an einem zweiten feststehenden Kontakt (15B) in Anlage ist, und einer Öffnungsstellung, in der sie dagegen von diesem feststehenden Kontakt (15B) entfernt ist.
  10. Hilfsschalter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kontaktlamelle (12B) sich bezüglich der ersten auf der anderen Seite der Steuerstange (38) des Betätigungshebels (14) erstreckt.
  11. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9, 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (14) mit einem seiner Enden auf die zweite Kontaktlamelle (12B) einwirken kann.
  12. Hilfsschalter nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (48), mit dem der Betätigungshebel (14) auf die Kontaktlamelle (12B) einwirken kann, ein abgerundetes Profil (49) hat.
  13. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kontaktlamelle (12B) an einem ihrer Enden an dem Gehäuse (11) eingespannt ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende, das frei ist, mit dem feststehenden Kontakt (15B), dem sie zugeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt.
  14. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Kontaktlamellen (12A, 12B) mindestens teilweise elastisch verformbar ist und auf diese Weise von selbst elastische Mittel bilden, die für einen stabilen Halt des Betätigungshebels (14) in mindestens einer seiner Stellungen geeignet ist.
  15. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (14) seitlich auf der seiner Steuerstange (38) entgegengesetzten Seite eine Bohrung (58) aufweist, die axial mit der Steuerstange (38) in einer Linie liegt und in Entsprechung mit welcher das Gehäuse (11) ein Langloch (59) vom selben Typ wie das Langloch (39) aufweist, welches es für diese Steuerstange (38) aufweist.
  16. Hilfsschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn der Schmelzeinsatzhalter (61) der Sicherung (60), der er zugeordnet ist, für seine Steuerung Nockenmittel (65) aufweist, in deren Weg das Gehäuse (62) der Sicherung (60) eine Öffnung (66) für den Durchgang der Steuerstange (38) seines Betätigungshebels (14) aufweist, diese Nockenmittel (65) eine Nut (67) aufweisen, die der Schmelzeinsatzhalter (61) vertieft für das Eingreifen der Steuerstange (38) aufweist, wobei diese Nut (67) nacheinander zwei Abschnitte (68, 70) aufweist, die in Querrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind, und zwar einen ersten Abschnitt (68), der sich über eine Mündung (69) am Ende des Schmelzeinsatzhalters (61) an dessen Rand frei öffnet, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (70), der dagegen einen geschlossenen Boden (71) aufweist, wobei an der Verbindungsstelle dieser beiden Abschnitte (68, 70) einerseits auf einer ersten der Flanken der Nut (67) eine Mitnahmefläche (72), die dem geschlossenen Boden (71) des zweiten Abschnitts (70) zugewandt ist und für eine Mitnahme der Steuerstange (38) geeignet ist, und andererseits an der anderen der Flanken der Nut (67) zwischen dem geschlossenen Boden (71) des zweiten Abschnitts (70) und der Mitnahmefläche (72) eine Ablenkfläche (74) vorgesehen ist, die der Mündung (69) des ersten Abschnitts (68) zugewandt ist und diese Steuerstange (38) ablenken kann.

Sicherung, umfassend einen Schmelzeinsatzhalter (61), der zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung und einer Schließstellung beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Schmelzeinsatzhalter (61) für die Steuerung eines Hilfsschalters (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 Nockenmittel (65) aufweist, in deren Weg ihr Gehäuse (62) eine Öffnung (66) für den Durchgang der Steuerstange (38) des Betätigungshebels (14) dieses Hilfsschalters (10) aufweist, wobei diese Nockenmittel (65) eine Nut (67) aufweisen, die der Schmelzeinsatzhalter (61) vertieft für das Eingreifen der Steuerstange (38) aufweist, wobei diese Nut (67) nacheinander zwei Abschnitte (68, 70) aufweist, die in Querrichtung gegeneinander versetzt sind, und zwar einen ersten Abschnitt (68), der sich über eine Mündung (69) am Ende des Schmelzeinsatzhalters (61) an dessen Rand frei öffnet, und einen zweiten Abschnitt (70), der dagegen einen geschlossenen Boden (71) aufweist, wobei an der Verbindungsstelle dieser beiden Abschnitte (68, 70) einerseits auf einer ersten der Flanken der Nut (67) eine Mitnahmefläche (72), die dem geschlossenen Boden (71) des zweiten Abschnitts (70) zugewandt ist und für eine Mitnahme der Steuerstange (38) geeignet ist, und andererseits an der anderen der Flanken der Nut (67) zwischen dem geschlossenen Boden (71) des zweiten Abschnitts (70) und der Mitnahmefläche (72) eine Ablenkfläche (74) vorgesehen ist, die der Mündung (69) des ersten Abschnitts (68) zugewandt ist und diese Steuerstange (38) ablenken kann.
