Claims (3)

  1. Werkzeugmaschine zum mechanischen Einwirken auf eine Eisenbahnschiene, mit einem Gestell, das zu beiden Seiten des zu bearbeitenden Bereiches auf die Schiene gestellt wird und mit einer beweglichen Vorrichtung versehen ist, die Rollen zum Kopieren des Schienenkopfes aufweist, welche die Querverschiebung des Werkzeuges durch Führungsmittel entlang einer annähernd halbkreisförmigen Bahn steuern, wobei die Führungsmittel aus Rollen (19a, 19b, 19c) bestehen, die von einem mit den Kopierollen und den Nuten (18a, 18b, 18c) des Gestells fest verbundenen Teil getragen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsmittel (18a, 18b, 18c; 19a, 19b, 19c) so angeordnet sind, daß das Werkzeug (16c) an allen Punkten seiner Bahn senkrecht zur Tangente seines Kontaktpunktes mit der Schiene (R) an der Schiene angreift, wobei die Führungsrollen (19a, 19b, 19c) drei an der Zahl und in Dreieckform angeordnet sind sowie mit drei Nuten (18a, 18b, 18c) zusammenwirken, von denen zwei (18b, 18c) die Änderungen des Krümmungsradius des Schienenkopfes kopieren, indem sie mit einem Winkel zueinander und zur vertikalen Mittelachse der Maschine versetzt sind.
  2. Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze des Dreiecks (Rolle 19a) auf einer vertikalen Achse angeordnet ist, die mit der vertikalen Mittelachse (A) der Maschine zusammenfällt, wenn der Kontaktpunkt des Werkzeugs an der Schiene mit der Mittelachse zusammenfällt, und die beiden anderen Rollen (19b, 19c) im wesentlichen im gleichen Abstand zu dieser vertikalen Achse angeordnet sind, und daß die obere Rolle (18b) mit einer Führungsnut (18a) zusammenwirkt, die ein kurvenförmiges Profil ohne starke Veränderung des Krümmungsradius aufweist, wobei die unteren Rollen (19b, 19c) mit den Führungsnuten (18b, 18c) zusammenwirken, deren Krümmungsradius-Veränderungen die des Schienenkopfes (C) kopieren.
  3. Werkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwischen den Kopierrollen (11) und den Führungsrollen (19a, 19b, 19c) elastische Mittel (20) aufweist, welche die Anpassung der Maschine an eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Schienenprofile zulassen.
