Claims (5)

  1.     characterised in that
    the unit mounting device and the timing cover (1) are designed as one piece and that the unit is reinforced by means of a mounting structure (7) which has cross ribs (21) and struts (22) positioned in a framework between the receiving elements (11 to 15) and connected to them.
  2. A unit mounting device in accordance with Claim 1,
    characterised in that
    a free space (23) for a timing chain is created inside (19) the timing cover (1) in the mounting structure (7) which extends along a vertical axis (16) of the internal combustion engine.
  3. A unit mounting device in accordance with Claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the receiving elements (11, 12, 13 and 15) for the auxiliary units are located in two edge areas (17, 18) which run along a vertical axis (16) ofthe internal combustion engine outside (4) the timing cover (1), with the free space (23) for the control chain being inside (19) the timing cover (1).
  4. An engine mount in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 3,
