Claims (15)
- Ordnermechanik mit einer aus Metallblech bestehenden Grundplatte, zwei im Abstand voneinander an der Grundplatte im wesentlichen senkrecht überstehenden Aufreihstiften (12), einem im Abstand von den Aufreihstiften mittels eines Lagerstegs (14) an der Grundplatte (10) zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung begrenzt verschwenkbaren, zwei durch den Lagersteg (14) im Abstand der Aufreihstifte (12) voneinander gehaltene und mit diesen in der Schließstellung paarweise kuppelbare Umlegeschenkel aufweisenden Umlegebügel (18), einem im Bereich zwischen den Aufreihstiften (12) und dem Umlegebügel (18) im wesentlichen senkrecht über die Grundplatte (10) überstehenden, einstückig mit dieser verbundenen Lagerschild (20) und einem auf der Seite des Umlegebügels (18) am Lagerschild (20) um eine quer zur Achse des Lagerstegs (14) verlaufende Lagerachse (46) zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung begrenzt verschwenkbar gelagerten, mit einem Niederhalteorgan (28) auf eine Kröpfung (26) des Lagerstegs (14) entgegen der Kraft einer Rückstellfeder (24) einwirkenden Betätigungshebel (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (22) als Prägeteil aus Metallblech ausgebildet ist, das eine zur Lagerschildebene im wesentlichen parallel ausgerichtete, an ihrem lagerseitigen Ende in eine gegen das Lagerschild (20) anliegende Gleitlagerfläche (30) übergehende Seitenflanke (32) und eine an deren von der Grundplatte (10) abgewandten Oberkante im wesentlichen senkrecht abgekantete, an ihrem lagerfernen Ende in der Längserstreckung des Betätigungshebels (22) über die Seitenflanke (32) hinaus in ein Griffstück (34) übergehende Querflanke (36) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflanke (32) und die Querflanke (36) des Betätigungshebels (22) in einem in der Längserstreckung vorzugsweise gebogenen Hebelabschnitt zwischen der Gleitlagerfläche (30) und dem Griffstück (34) ein Breitenverhältnis von 3:2 bis 3:1 aufweisen.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querflanke (36) an der Seitenflanke (32) in Richtung Lagerschild (20) und Aufreihstifte (12) abgekantet ist.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen an der Seitenflanke (32) des Betätigungshebels (22) im Bereich der Gleitlagerfläche (30) angeformten, senkrecht über diese überstehenden, durch eine Lagerbohrung des Lagerschilds (20) hindurchgreifenden und diesen mit seinem umgebördelten Nietkopf (40) hintergreifenden Hohlniet (42).
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Bereich der Gleitlagerfläche (30) der Seitenflanke (32) angeordnete, zur Lagerachse (46) konzentrische teilkreisförmige Ausstanzung (48), in die eine am Lagerschild (20) in Richtung Betätigungshebel (22) abgebogene Anschlaglasche (50) so eingreift, daß der Betätigungshebel in der Offenstellung mit einem Ausstanzungsrand (52) gegen sie anschlägt.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen am lagerseitigen Ende der Seitenflanke (32) in Richtung Grundplatte überstehenden Ausleger (54), auf den vorzugsweise von unten her ein das Niederhalteorgan (28) bildender, gegen die Lagerstegkröpfung (26) anliegender Gleitschuh aufgerastet ist.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausleger (54) an seiner der Grundplatte (10) zugewandten Unterkante ein senkrecht nach der dem Lagerschild (20) abgewandten Seite hin abgekantetes, in eine Fußtasche (58) des Gleitschuhs (28) eingreifendes Fußteil (56) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gieitschuh (28) einen in seine Fußtasche (58) eingreifenden, in eine vorzugsweise zur teilkreisförmigen Ausstanzung (48) hin offene Rastausnehmung (64) des Auslegers (54) einrastbaren, vorzugsweise an einer am Gleitschuh angeordneten Rastzunge (60) angeformten Rastnocken (62) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh (28) eine die Lagerstegkröpfung (26) auf der Lagerschildseite (20) hintergreifende Spurkante (68) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh (28) eine an die Kontur des Lagerstegs (14) angepaßte, durch die Spurkante (68) begrenzte konkave Gleitfläche (66) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagersteg (14) im Bereich seiner Kröpfung (26) eine dachartig über die Grundplatte (10) überstehende Querkröpfung mit einer Auflaufschräge für das Gleitstück (28) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gleitschuh (28) zwei einen stumpfen Winkel miteinander einschließende, gegen die Querkröpfung anliegende Rast- und Auflaufflächen (70,72) aufweist.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (22) im Schließzustand mit der freien Unterkante (44) seiner in Längserstreckung gebogenen Seitenflanke (32) gegen die Grundplatte (10) anschlägt.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffstück (34) in seiner Längserstreckung entgegengesetzt zum Betätigungshebel (22) zu seinem freien Ende hin abgebogen ist.
- Ordnermechanik nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffstück eine konkave oder konvexe Griffprägung aufweist.
