- les moyens de plaquage sont constitués par des profilés, lames ou équivalents agencés pour comprimer progressivement de façon élastique le volet intermédiaire du flan contre la face inférieure du mandrin de pliage définitif lors du transfert ;
- les moyens de plaquage comprennent des moyens de support à distance du volet intermédiaire au niveau du mandrin de pliage et des moyens agencés pour rapprocher progressivement et pour venir plaquer ledit volet intermédiaire sur la face inférieure du mandrin de pliage définitif ;
- les moyens de support sont constitués par une plaque mobile ;
- le mandrin de prépliage est de section présentant une forme différente de celle du mandrin de pliage définitif ;
- le mandrin de prépliage présente une section rectangulaire et le mandrin de pliage définitif présente une section octogonale ;
- les moyens de préhension et de déplacement desdits flans vers le mandrin de prépliage comportent des bras latéraux de préhension par ventouse du flan, situé à l'extérieur et pivotant de part et d'autre du mandrin de prépliage, et des moyens de reprise par ventouse dudit flan au travers dudit mandrin de prépliage, lesdits moyens de reprise par ventouse étant associés aux moyens de déplacement du flan préplié, du mandrin de prépliage au mandrin de pliage ;
- le dispositif comporte au niveau du mandrin de pliage définitif, des moyens de pliage intermédiaire des rabats de fond avant mise en pression d'une part des volets destinés à former les parois latérales, et d'autre part des rabats destinés à former ledit fond ;
- le dispositif comporte un système synchrone de plaquage du fond sur le mandrin de pliage définitif ;
- le mandrin de prépliage est disposé directement au dessus de la sortie des moyens de stockage des flans ;
- le mandrin de pliage est de section différente entre une première position de prépliage et une seconde position de formage de la caisse.
Claims (17)
- Dispositif (1) pour la réalisation d'une caisse (2) à partir d'un flan (3) de matière en feuille comportant une suite de volets rectangulaires (4) reliés les uns aux autres par des premières lignes de pliage (5) parallèles les unes aux autres, comprenant un volet intermédiaire (40, 66), et un premier ensemble de rabats latéraux (6) disposés d'un côté de ladite suite de volets, reliés à celle-ci par des secondes lignes de pliage (7) perpendiculaires aux premières lignes de pliage et destinés à former au moins partiellement le fond de la caisse, ledit dispositif comportant :des moyens (8, 9, 10, 12, 13) de stockage de plusieurs flans en pile,un mandrin (24) de pliage définitif,des moyens (14, 15, 21) de préhension et de déplacement un par un desdits flans vers le mandrin (24) de pliage définitif,des moyens (42) d'encollage du flan,et des moyens de mise en forme de U du flan (3) et de plaquage sur le mandrin, (24) de pliage définitif,
caractérisé en ce que la mandrin (24) de pliage définitif est extensible entre une première position rétractée et une seconde position de formage de la caisse (2) et comporte un dispositif d'éjection interne au mandrin effectuant un mouvement longitudinal pour éjecter la caisse. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin (24) de pliage définitif présente une section octogonale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comporte des moyens (38) de plaquage du volet intermédiaire (40,66) du flan sur une face inférieure (41,65) du mandrin (23) de pliage définitif, lesdits moyens (38) de plaquage comprennent des moyens (39) de support à distance du volet intermédiaire au niveau du mandrin de pliage et des moyens (67) agencés pour rapprocher progressivement et pour venir plaquer ledit volet intermédiaire (40,66) sur le mandrin de pliage définitif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (39) de support sont constitués par une plaque mobile.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (38) de plaquage comportent au moins un vérin (67) d'action verticale de bas en haut propre à exercer la fonction de plaquage dudit volet intermédiaire (40,66) sur le mandrin (23) de pliage definitif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 dépendante de la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (38) de plaquage comportent deux vérins à action verticale oblique ou latérale, venant comprimer les coins coupés encadrant ledit volet intermédiaire, sur les coins coupés en vis à vis dudit mandrin de pliage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (38) de plaquage sont constitués par des profilés, lames ou équivalents agencés pour comprimer progressivement de façon élastique le volet intermédiaire du flan contre la face inférieure du mandrin de pliage définitif lors du transfert.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un mandrin (16) de prépliage de section présentant une forme différente de celle du mandrin (24) de pliage définitif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin (16) de prépliage présente une section rectangulaire et le mandrin (24) de pliage définitif présente une section octogonale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (14, 15, 21) de préhension et de déplacement desdits flans vers le mandrin de prépliage comportent des bras (15) latéraux de préhension par ventouse (14) du flan, situé à l'extérieur et pivotant de part et d'autre du mandrin (16) de prépliage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (22) de reprise par ventouse dudit flan au travers dudit mandrin (16) de prépliage, lesdits moyens de reprise par ventouse étant associés aux moyens (23) de déplacement du flan préplié, du mandrin de prépliage au mandrin de pliage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que il comporte au niveau du mandrin (24) de pliage définitif, des moyens (44) de pliage intermédiaire des rabats de fond avant mise en pression d'une part des volets destinés à former les parois latérales, et d'autre part des rabats destinés à former ledit fond.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que il comporte un système (45, 46) de plaquage du fond sur le mandrin de pliage définitif avec double came (55, 57).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin (16) de prépliage est disposé directement au dessus de la sortie des moyens de stockage des flans.
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'une caisse (2) à partir d'un flan (3) de matière en feuille comportant une suite de volets (4) rectangulaires reliés les uns aux autres par des premières lignes de pliage (5) parallèles les unes aux autres, comprenant un volet intermédiaire (66), et un premier ensemble de rabats latéraux (6) disposés d'un côté de ladite suite de volets, reliés à celle-ci par des secondes lignes de pliage (7) perpendiculaires aux premières lignes de pliage et destinés à former au moins partiellement le fond de la caisse, procédé dans lequel :on stocke plusieurs flans en pile,on prend et on déplace un par un lesdits flans vers un mandrin (24) de pliage définitif desdits flans,on encolle,on enroule ledit flan autour dudit mandrin de pliage définitif, et
pour enrouler ledit flan autour du mandrin de pliage définitif on plaque le volet intermédiaire (40,66) du flan sur une face inférieure du mandrin de pliage définitif, on forme le fond de la caisse par rabattage des volets,
caractérisé en ce que, on éjecte la caisse ainsi formée par un dispositif d'éjection interne au mandrin effectuant un mouvement longitudinal. - Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que, pour plaquer ledit flan on comprime progressivement de façon élastique le volet intermédiaire du flan contre la face inférieure du mandrin de pliage définitif lors du transfert.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que, pour plaquer le volet intermédiaire au niveau du mandrin de pliage définitif, on rapproche progressivement ledit volet intermédiaire de la face inférieure (41,65) du mandrin de pliage définitif contre laquelle il vient entièrement en appui en fin de plaquage.
