Description
Claims (21)
- Appareil électrique du genre comportant, dans un boítier (11), un support de contact(s) (12), sur lequel est monté rotatif au moins un contact mobile (13A, 13B), et qui, globalement disposé en regard d'au moins un contact fixe (14A, 14B), est lui-même monté mobile dans le boítier (11) entre une position d'ouverture pour laquelle le contact mobile (13A, 13B) est à distance du contact fixe (14A, 14B) et une position de fermeture pour laquelle le contact mobile (13A, 13B) est au contraire appliqué à ce contact fixe (14A, 14B), ce support de contact(s) (12) comportant, pour le montage rotatif du contact mobile (13A, 13B), une traverse (25A, 25B) formant pivot sur laquelle ce contact mobile (13A, 13B) est crocheté par une portion de tourillonnement (27), avec, associés au contact mobile (13A, 13B), des moyens élastiques (28), qui, prenant appui sur le support de contact(s) (12), sollicitent en permanence ce contact mobile (13A, 13B) en direction d'une butée (29) prévue pour lui sur le support de contact(s) (12), caractérisé en ce que la butée (29) que comporte le support de contact(s) (12) pour le contact mobile (13A, 13B) est, à la manière d'un crochet, précédée par une rampe oblique (30).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portion de tourillonnement (27) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) est globalement conformée en V.
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, le contact mobile (13A, 13B) comportant une portion médiane (34) sur laquelle portent les moyens élastiques (28) qui lui sont associés, sa portion de tourillonnement (27) présente, successivement, à compter de cette portion médiane (34), deux tronçons, à savoir un premier tronçon (36), qui fait un premier coude (37) avec la portion médiane (34), et un deuxième tronçon (38), qui fait avec le premier tronçon (36) un deuxième coude (39) de sens inverse du premier coude (37).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier coude (37) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) est plus ouvert que son deuxième coude (39).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3, 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier coude (37) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) forme globalement un angle (A) légèrement inférieur à 90°.
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième coude (39) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) forme globalement un angle (B) nettement inférieur à 90°.
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième coude (39), au moins, du contact mobile (13A, 13B) est largement arrondi.
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième tronçon (38) de la portion de tourillonnement (27) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) porte en saillie un ergot (52), en direction de la traverse (25A, 25B) du support de contact(s) (12), et, en correspondance, cette traverse (25A, 25B) présente localement un méplat (54).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la portion de tourillonnement (27) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) a une largeur réduite par rapport à celle de sa portion médiane (34).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (25A, 25B) du support de contact(s) (12) présente en saillie des ergots (55) qui encadrent la portion de tourillonnement (27) du contact mobile (13A, 13B).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la portion de tourillonnement (27) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) forme une portion d'extrémité pour celui-ci.
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, le support de contact(s) (12) présentant deux flasques (26), qui sont reliés par sa traverse (25A, 25B), et entre lesquels se débat le contact mobile (13A, 13B), la butée (29) que présente ce support de contact(s) (12) pour ce contact mobile (13A, 13B) et la rampe oblique (30) qui précède cette butée (29) sont formées par la tranche de l'un au moins de ces deux flasques (26).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la butée (29) et la rampe oblique (30) qui la précède se partagent entre les deux flasques (26) du support de contact(s) (12).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que pour l'un au moins des flasques (26) du support de contact(s) (12), la butée (29) et la rampe oblique (30) qui précède celle-ci se prolongent latéralement sur un ergot (32) en saillie sur ce flasque (26) du côté de celui-ci tourné vers l'autre flasque (26), et, en correspondance, le contact mobile (13A, 13B) présente une échancrure (33).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques (28) associés au contact mobile (13A, 13B) prennent appui sur une portée (49) du support de contact(s) (12) qui s'étend sensiblement à l'aplomb de la traverse (25A, 25B) de celui-ci.
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la butée (29) que présente le support de contact(s) (12) pour le contact mobile (13A, 13B) est décalée angulairement par rapport à la portée (49) autour de la traverse (25A, 25B).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le support de contact(s) (12) est monté rotatif sur le boítier (11).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que, pour coopération avec la rampe oblique (30) du support de contact(s) (12), le contact mobile (13A, 13B) présente transversalement un épaulement (40).
- Appareil électrique suivant la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement (40) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) s'étend en oblique.
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 18, 19, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement (40) du contact mobile (13A, 13B) appartient à au moins un doigt (42) qui fait saillie latéralement sur la tranche de ce contact mobile (13A, 13B).
- Appareil électrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que, le contact mobile (13A, 13B) présentant une portion de contact (35) pour coopération avec le contact fixe (14A, 14B) et une portion médiane (34) sur laquelle portent les moyens élastiques (28) qui lui sont associés, ladite portion de contact (35) s'étend de l'autre côté de ladite portion médiane (34) par rapport à sa portion de tourillonnement (27).
