Abstract

Beim Drucken bleiben auf den Zylindern eines Offsetdruckwerks, Papierfasern und gegebenenfalls Farbreste zurück, die bei einem Auftragswechsel bzw. bei zu starker Verschmutzung entfernt werden müssen. Für diesen Zweck sind aus den DE-OSen 17 61 111 und 42 08 079 Waschvorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art zur Reinigung des mit einem Gummituch bezogenen Zylinders bekannt. Bei Bedarf sind diese Waschvorrichtungen an den Gummituchzylinder anstellbar, wobei die Waschwalze mit einer Lösungsmittel enthaltenden Waschflüssigkeit benetzt und zu dem sich drehenden Gummituchzylinder gegenläufig drehend über das Gummituch geführt wird. Bei einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit zwei Druckwerken, bei denen die Papierbahn zum Zweck des beidseitigen Bedruckens zwischen den beiden Gummizylindern durchgeführt wird, ist es aus der DE-AS 15 61 008 bekannt, an beiden Gummizylindern je eine Waschvorrichtung vorzusehen.When printing, the cylinders of an offset printing unit, paper fibers and possibly ink residues remain, which have to be removed when changing jobs or if they are too dirty. Aus der DE-AS 25 31 886 ist ein Verfahren bekannt, mit dem bei einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine der Gummituchzylinder und der Gegendruckzylinder gleichzeitig gewaschen werden können. Bei diesem Verfahren wird eine Waschvorrichtung nach Druckabstellung der Zylinder in die Betriebsstellung an den Gummizylinder angestellt, wobei das Druckwerk ohne Papierlauf betrieben wird. Nach Inbetriebnahme der Waschvorrichtung wird der Gummizylinder an den Gegendruckzylinder angestellt. Hierbei wird der Gegendruckzylinder über den Gummizylinder gereinigt, wodurch eine gesonderte Waschvorrichtung für das automatische Waschen des Gegendruckzylinders sowie der hierfür vorzusehende Bauraum eingespart werden kann. Dieses bekannte Verfahren hat jedoch den Nachteil, daß der Waschvorgang vergleichsweise zeitaufwendig ist, da das Gummituch erst während einiger Umdrehungen des Gummizylinders gewaschen werden muß, bevor der Gummizylinder an den Gegendruckzylinder angestellt werden kann. Weiterhin ist die Reinigungswirkung des Gummituchzylinders vergleichsweise gering, so daß auch aus diesem Grund eine längere Dauer des Waschvorgangs erforderlich ist.From DE-AS 25 31 886 a method is known with which the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder can be washed simultaneously in a sheetfed offset printing press. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Waschwalze der Waschvorrichtung gleichzeitig an zwei benachbarte Zylinder des Druckwerks anstellbar ist. Auf diese Weise können zwei Zylinder, beispielsweise der Gummituchzylinder und der Gegendruckzylinder oder der Gegendruckzylinder und ein Transferzylinder gleichzeitig und in direktem Kontakt mit der Waschwalze gereinigt werden. Hierbei hat sich gezeigt, daß in der Zeit, die zum alleinigen Waschen eines einzigen Zylinders auf herkömmliche Weise erforderlich ist, mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung zwei Zylinder gereinigt werden können, wobei sich die erforderliche Reinigungszeit jeweils nach dem stärker verschmutzten Zylinder richtet. Für das gleichzeitige Reinigen des zweiten, weniger stark verschmutzten Zylinders, ist daher kein zusätzlicher Zeitaufwand erforderlich.The object is achieved in that the washing roller of the washing device can be adjusted simultaneously to two adjacent cylinders of the printing unit. Auf diese Weise kann die Waschvorrichtung für Wartungszwecke leicht ein- und ausgebaut werden. Um eine Beschädigung der Waschwalze durch die Greiferreihen eines Zylinders, beispielsweise des Druckzylinders zu vermeiden, kann erfindungsgemäß die Waschvorrichtung mit einer Steuervorrichtung versehen sein, durch die die Waschwalze über die Zylinderkanäle und die Greiferreihen der ihr zugeordneten Zylinder hinweggehoben wird.According to the invention it can further be provided that the washing roller is arranged in an exchangeable cassette which has a moistening device, a scraper and a collecting channel for the soiled detergent.
