Lange Betriebszeiten sind möglic-h, ohne daß Nachstellarbeiten durchgeführt werden müssen. Die Reproduzierbarkeit des Arbeitsergebnisses ist damit gegeben. Gleichzeitig erlaubt die Beschichtung eine besonders dünne Farbschichtausbildung, sofern diese dünne Schichtdicke gewünscht ist. Claims (10)

  1.     wherein the ceramic coating contains Al2O3.
  5. Ink blade according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the hard-material coating (12) is applied to an intermediate layer (14) containing nickel, particularly an intermediate layer being formed of nickel-chromium, said intermediate layer (14) being located between said base body (13) and said hard-material coating (12).
  6. Ink blade according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the contact area (6) of each individual blade (10) is a chamfer (5) located at the free end section (4) of the ink blade (1).
  7. Ink blade according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the base body (13) is made of metal, particularly steel.
  8. Ink blade according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein said steel base body (13) is hardened and preferably annealed afterwards.
  9. Ink blade according to any one of the preceding claims,
    wherein said hard-material coating (12) is located only at the top (2) of the ink blade (1) and not in the narrow slit (16) and preferably not in the wide slit (17).
  10. Ink blade according to claim 6,
    wherein the tangent (21) to the surface (7) of the ink fountain roller (8) and the chamfer (5) of each individual blade (10) form a constant angle γ of between 3° and 15°.
